It was around 3 in the morning when Ben hears a bunch of books hitting the ground. He wakes up and sees Crybaby levitating books in the air.
"Be careful. I don't want one to fall on your head." Ben says as he watches her lose her focus while the books fall to the ground
"I wasn't trying to wake you up." Crybaby says as she picks the books up and puts them back on the shelf
"It's fine. I always have trouble sleeping around this time." Ben says as he hears commotion in the kitchen
"What's the problem now?" Crybaby asks as she opens up the door
"You can never sleep in this house. I'm better off sleeping on the roof." Ben says as Crybaby laughs
"Angela, now!" Marquis says as ice comes out of her hands and freezes someone to the wall
"What is going on?" Ben asks
"Stranger danger, stranger danger!" Rudy screams as he jumps on his brother's back and puts his hands in front of his face
"Rudy, I can't see." Ben says
"Put the light on then! You're going blind!" Rudy screams
"Your hands are in front of my face!" Ben snaps
"Don't yell at me. I'm already scared enough as it is." Rudy says as he starts to cry
"Crybaby, can you warm up a glass of milk for him?" Ben asks as he puts his hands out for her
"Yeah, sure. Come on Rudy. Let's get you settled down." Crybaby says as she pulls him off of Ben and takes him to the kitchen
"We caught this guy breaking in." Marquis says as he turns on the light and reveals a guy in a ski mask
"Let me put him out of his misery right now." Angela says as she puts an icicle to his throat
"You kids really grew up." The robber says
"I know that voice. Albert!" Rudy says as he pulls off the ski mask and laughs
"Everyone calm down. This is Albert Rogers. He used to be a friend of my mom's in college." Ben says
"You couldn't think to tell us that before we attacked him?" Angela asks
"It's too early to deal with your aura right now." Rudy tells his sister as he takes the warm milk from Crybaby's hands
"Life didn't quit work out as planned for you, did it Barry?" Ben asks as he unfreezes Albert and gives him a blanket
"Nope. Lost my job and the love of my life." Albert says as he sits on the stool in the dining room
"Are we seriously talking to a guy who tried to rob us?!" Angela screams
"I just wanted to scare you. Besides, if there was anything valuable here, I would've took it and ran." Albert says
"At least he's honest." Marquis says as he pulls down the stairs to the attic
"What do you think you're doing?" Angela asks as she glares at him
"What does it look like? I'm going back to sleep." Marquis says before she grabs his shirt and yanks him back
"Not until we get this under control." Angela says as she motions to Albert
"This is already under control. You act like a mother. I can't tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing." Marquis says as he gently pushes her away from him
"Your wife left, huh? She wasn't all that. There are plenty of more fish in the sea." Rudy says as he hugs Albert, who was crying
"Poor guy can't seem to catch a break." Crybaby says as she gives him a chocolate chip cookie
