Being the host for one of the biggest events of the year brought truckloads of responsibilities, along with the publicity, good or bad depends.

Making sure that the event goes smoothly was for the latter stage, but planning was the key, which was going in full swing, the guests were invited a month back, the sponsors well informed, the schedules shared and the venue all prepared and decked up.

Leonardo felt a contend sigh leaving him, everything was nearly done, the deadline was accomplished and the media, were hooked on every movement, from the invites, guests, events, and then the rumors, which tend to fly, spread and exist, which in whole did not result in any bad publicity.

"Good Job everyone" Leo appreciated his team and the planners, nodding his head with a smile, men patted each other's back and girls grinned, getting words from the boss meant a lot to them. He shook hands with the manager Stewart and the head planner Alec Mc Connor, walking out of the hall, where the conference was supposed to take place, he turned to look at Cruz who was walking along with him.

"Everything is set sir, I'm sure this is going to be successful," Cruz remarked, the surf of elation passing his face.

"Don't count your chickens yet Cruz, the conference is still 48 hours away, we have to be prepared for any contingencies," Leo stated and his face deflated.

"You can be optimistic boss," Cruz muttered and Leo narrowed his eyes.

"I'm optimistic Cruz" Leo walked out of the lobby glass doors, leaving the resort for his meeting in the next 40 minutes. "There is a difference between being cynical and hawk-eyed"

"Whatever you say, Boss" Cruz said defeatedly, opening the back door, he settled in after Leo.

Leo checked his inner pocket of the blazer for his phone, frowning he checked his other pockets "Cruz, you have my phone?" He asked looking for it on the seat for a second time.

"No Senór" Cruz said immediately but checking with him for surety.

"I feel I left it inside." Leo tsked, grimacing.

"I'll go and bring it." Cruz offered, turning to unlock the door.

"No, be here I'll get it." Leo gestured for him to be there, unlocking the door he stepped out, seeing the boy with Aishwarya walking out with another girl.

"If they are here, she must be here somewhere." He mumbled to himself, walking back to the main gates, he glanced around to locate her, but unable to search for her, he reached the glass doors, the entrance, and walked straight inside, colliding.

Leo snapped to look straight at the person he bumped into, his hands shot to stable the woman, holding her upper arms he helped the lady to stand straight, her hands shot to his biceps for support, mobile clutched. Brown locks covered her face, which now was right in his sight.
