Kian starts to get out of bed "Kian, no!" Nicky says, trying to stop him.

"I'm not letting her go Nicky, I've already lost her once before - not again." He says, walking out of the bay.

"You can't!"

"I have to, I'm not losing the love of my life again." He sighs, walking as fast as he can.

In Sacha's office...

"Sacha, can we talk?" Jac asks, sitting down and putting her NHS jumper on.

"Yeah, what is it?" He asks, looking up from his paperwork and cocking his head.

Just before she can say anything, Kian bursts in "Jac please, you can't leave!" Kian shouts, out of breath.

"Madani! What the hell are you doing down here?" Jac asks, looking at him "You're supposed to be on bed rest!"

"I'm stopping the love of my life, leaving again." He says, sitting beside her.

"You're leaving?" Sacha asks, sounding heartbroken.

"That's the plan, Sacha."

"Kian, can I just speak to Jac for a second?"Sacha says.

"Sure." Kian says, smiling.

"Alone?" Sacha replies.

Kian stands up and walks outside of the office and Sacha walks over to her and takes her hand.

"I know you love him Jac, and I know he's done some pretty bad things." Sacha starts "But don't let that get in the way of your love, your little girl needs her father - don't take that away from her."

"I grew up without a father, and I'm perfectly fine." Jac sneers, back.

"My point is, you love him more than I've ever seen you love someone before." Sacha smiles "I never thought you'd find love again after everything with Matteo and Fletch."

"And you did, I can see the way you and Kian look at each other - the love I can see in your eyes."

"Sacha, what's the point of this?" Jac asks, looking bored - she knows what Sacha's saying is true, but why would she tell him that?

"The point is, you love Kian." He replies "So don't let his stupidity get in the way."

Jac stands up and sighs "Did he pay you, to say this?"

"No, you know what I'm saying is true."

"I wish it was, Sacha." Jac says, starting to walk out of the office.

She sees the man she loves, and instantly breaks down and Kian catches her.

"It's okay." He says, stroking her hair and wiping away her tears.

"It's not okay, though is it?" She says, through her tears "I love you, and I'm scared but I know you wouldn't hurt me again."

"And I'm too stuck up myself, to admit that." She says, pulling away from him "But, we can't be together."

"Why not?" He asks, looking down sadly.

"Because we aren't right for each other." Jac sighs.

"Yes we are, I can't have a Jac Naylor shaped hole in my life." He sighs, putting his hands in his pocket.

"I love you, but we should just stay as friends." She says, putting her stethoscope around her neck "Our relationship, just won't work."

"It can, if we try." He replies, trying to get her to listen.

"Look you can be involved with the baby, but we will not be a thing - not again." She sighs, walking away.

Kian looks down, sad. He goes back to his hospital room, and lays down.

Later...

Kian awakes to Jac, sitting on the edge of his bed "I just wanted to give you this." She says, passing him a scan.

"Wow, that's our baby." He smiles "We made that."

"Yeah, we did." Jac smiles back for a second, she then makes a face.

"What's wrong?" He asks, sounding instantly worried.

She takes his hand, and puts it on her stomach and he feels the baby kick.

"Wow." Kian says "I can't wait to meet her."

"Neither, can I." Jac smiles, standing up.

"Look shouldn't you go, on maternity leave soon?" He asks, wanting to keep her safe.

"No I'll be fine." She replies, walking away "I've got things to catch up on."

"Try to get out of bed again, and I'll kill you Madani." Jac says, turning back around.

"Will you now?" Kian says, sitting up at bit.

"Right, well I better go." She smiles, as she walks out of the room "Bye."

"Bye." He smiles, looking down at the picture in his hand - he was going to do everything he could to get Jac back, and he was going to be there for his daughters. (Emma and unborn baby)
