Bucky POV

I was fixing to put Maze to bed when the compound shook, nearly three weeks after fifty percent of everything turned to dust.

"What's happening?"

"I don't know but stay close, just in case," I said and she nodded before we headed out only to see that it was a spaceship.

"Whoa! Daddy look, that lady is glowing!"

"I can see that," I said before we jogged over to the others as the ship opened and a weak Tony was being led out.

"Uncle Tony,"

"Let's let him get inside before you give him a hug, then it's bedtime, okay," I said and Maze nodded before we all filed in. Rhodes soon got Tony to sit for an IV.

"Uncle Tony?"

"Be careful, Owlet. I'm fragile," Tony got out and Maze gave him a hug. After a few minutes, Maze let him go.

"Alright, tell the others goodnight. The world may have gone to shit, but I'm still keeping you on a schedule," I said and Maze nodded before she went around telling everyone good night before she stopped at the one she dubbed the glowing lady.

"Thank you for bringing, Uncle Tony back,"

"Your welcome. I'm Carol Danvers,"

"Mazikeen Johnson Barnes but I prefer Maze. Names have power. My sister's especially," Maze said and I saw confusion go across Carol's face, while I shared a look with Nat making her nod before I got Maze to walk away. I sat with Maze until she was asleep before I walked back to the others.

"What did your daughter mean by names have power. Her sister's especially," Carol asked me and I sighed before we all told her about the Gods, the camps, the Magicitions and how I named Seph after Hades wife, while I adopted Maze because Seph took her under her wing while I fell in love with her on sight.

"I see. Earth has changed a lot since I was last here,"

"You'd be surprised. Especially at what my daughters and their friends are capable of," I said before I fell silent as we all tried to figure out what to do.

A couple of weeks later, I watched Maze draw on blueprints while we both watched old videos of Seph and the others when I picked up on someone else in the room. I turned to see that it was Nat and Carol.

"Is that your other daughter?" Carol asked while Nat sat beside me.

"Ya. It's her and her friends. I don't want to forget and some of the videos have ideas that I know they would want to be out to help," I said.

"Do you mind if I sit and watch? I keep hearing the others talk about all their achievements but I don't feel like it's set it with me just yet since they are all teens," Carol said and I nodded over to the chair.

"I can see why everyone holds such high regards for them. They are all intelligent. Perse-"

"Penny. Names have power. With all the Gods so angry, it won't take much to accidentally invoke them or wake up something worse. Especially the old dirt bitch herself. She nearly killed everyone, Percy and Annabeth especially," Maze said.

"Right. I forgot about that for a moment. Penny seems to be leagues above her friends, yet Harley seems to keep pace with her just fine,"

"Harley is the son of Hephetphus, but he's kinda been adopted by Tony. His brain works just as fast as hers," I said.

"Ironically Penny is the daughter of Aphrodite, while I'm the daughter of Athena. Penny's outsmarted, Annabeth, one of the smartest from Athena's cabin," Maze said.
