Hellfire, also known as Quincy, was cursed by a witch when he was born. Well, technically his mother was cursed, but he had received the brunt of it.
He was born a horrific creature, with four arms, four eyes, and a body made of fire. So, as you can imagine, growing up was not easy.
Quincy's mother tried her best to keep him hidden from the world, but one day while he was out playing he came home to find his home had burnt down with his mother in it. The townsfolk had heard she was keeping some kind of demon and had taken action. They just didn't realize he hadn't been home.
So what did this poor child do? He threw a temper tantrum and burnt down the whole town. Most of the people survived, but the town was gone. Quincy wound up running away, never looking back at that town.
Many years later, he had been wandering through the woods when he found a person afflicted by the Curse of the Seeker, almost fully transformed. They had been Seeking a Great Wolf, from how they looked. Knowing how dangerous Great Beasts were, and already living with a curse himself, he had decided to hide and avoid the person.
Unfortunately, he forgot that Great Wolves had an impeccable sense of smell, and so the Cursed Seeker attacked him. Quincy tried to run, at first, before quickly realizing that there was no way he was going to outrun it. So he stood his ground and threw a punch at the Seeker, accidentally catching it on fire. The Seeker then proceeded to burn to ash, the first recorded death of a Cursed Seeker not due to another Seeker, or a Great Beast.
Quincy, still in shock, ran away from the scene as quick as possible. Eventually, he put the pieces together and realized he was one of the only things capable of killing Seekers. So he began hunting down Seekers who had gone off the rails, using their Curse to dominate others. He singlehandedly ended the reign of the Cursed Warlords, becoming known as the Hellfire, keeping Seekers in check to prevent another Age of Warlords.
A couple centuries later, he became aware of a Seeker named Wainwright, who was almost as old as he was. And then later, Oreb and Marco. Hellfire saw the pattern, powerful Seekers showing up in the modern age, influential Seekers. And so he's been preparing, just in case one of them gets any ideas.
The Hellfire is prepared to burn again, should the need arise.

Description
•Physical: Quincy's entire body is made out of black fire. His eyes are white spirals, capable of hypnotizing anyone who stares into them long enough. He wears a white T-shirt, an orange hoodie, and jeans. Instead of feet, Quincy's flame is condensed into a point that spreads outwards and up, covering his pants with harmless flames. This gives the illusion of his legs being thicker than they are.
•Personality: Quincy is hot-headed, literally and figuratively. He's easily provoked, and tends to get tunnel vision once someone makes him upset. That being said, he's highly knowledgeable and loves pointing out when he's the smartest in the room (which is usually the case). But the one thing he loves the most? Cooking. He is a world-renowned chef, and he tends to cook when he's nervous or excited. He frequently puts on banquets to show off his cooking skills.

Abilities
•Immolation: Quincy ignites into an avatar of pure flame, burning everything around him. He usually does this as a party trick, but this is what he originally used to burn down his village.
•Fireball: Quincy literally throws a fireball at someone.
•Ignite: Quincy snaps, an arc of flame appearing in front of him.
•Burning Hand: Quincy touches something and catches it on fire.
•Curses Counter Curses: Hellfire is capable of killing Cursed Seekers, due to being Cursed himself (although it's not the same curse).
------------
Weaknesses
•Curses Counter Curses: Theoretically, a Cursed Seeker could be capable of killing Hellfire. In theory, at least. After all if his Curse allows him to kill others with Curses, then the inverse should be true. He doesn't intend on testing this anytime soon, though.
•Water: No, spritzing him with a spray bottle won't kill him, or even hurt him really. But theoretically, if he were to be dropped into a large body of water, it could extinguish him down to his core, which could then be destroyed.

Relationships
•Wainwright (and his crew): He keeps a close eye on them. Considers him one of the good ones, but he also knows things can turn bad quick.
•Marco: He is definitely one of the bad ones. Marco is one bad step away from being on Hellfire's hit-list.
•Oreb: On Hellfire's hit-list. Because he's constantly guarded by Great Beasts and other Cursed Seekers, Hellfire hasn't been able to Extinguish him yet. But he's definitely a priority target at the moment.
