"Grenade!" Philips shouts suddenly, throwing a grenade into the group of soldiers.
"Move! Move!" They all scramble to take cover. You run towards the grenade but Steve beats you by jumping on it first and covering it with his small body.
"Get away!" Steve shouts. "Get back!" A moment later everyone peaks out to see nothing happened.

"It was a dummy grenade" an officer says, as everyone goes back to work. "All clear, back in formation!"
"Is this a test?" Steve breathes out the question, looking up to the others. Erskine smiled proudly as you stepped toward your friend, extending a helping hand.
"Need help soldier?" You ask with a little laugh.
"Thanks Agent y/l/n" he gladly accepted your hand, helping him to stand. You were both so proud to be given these titles that you would take every opportunity to use them.

The driver honks the horn at the boys playing in the street as you drive by them. Peggy is sitting in the front seat as you are next to Steve, who is on his way to becoming the first super soldier.
"I remember this neighbourhood" you smile, looking out of the window as you drive down the street with Peggy and Steve.
"I got beat up in that alley and that parking lot" Steve points out.
"And I helped you in that alley." You remember getting beat up with your friend.
"Then Bucky almost had that guys head for punching you"
"Did you two have something against running away?" Peggy asks from her seat in the front.

"I just don't know why you'd want to join the army" Steve starts to the woman ahead of him. "If you were a beautiful dame or a woman" he corrects himself as he stutters. "an agent not a dame" he continues to ramble nervously. "You are beautiful but-"
