Buzz buzz buzz
I slowly open my eyes hearing the buzzing on the side table, and adjust my eyes in the dark room to look around . I notice Von isn't in the bed with me and the bathroom light is off so I look where the buzzing is coming from and see it's his phone . Where would he even go without his phone or wallet on him ?
I pick his phone up slowly and see he got a text message from Asian .
"The hell ?" I frown wondering why she's texting so late and unlock his phone seeing what she sent .
Misharron- when you get back to the city we need to talk ..
I furrow my eyes reading the message and let my tired mind start to wonder . How did she know we were out of town ? What could they possibly have to talk about ? And why is she so comfortable texting him this late ?
I know Asian and I settled our differences and all the anger towards each other is gone but I still can't help but to wonder .
I get up off the bed to look through the patio door and see Von standing on the sand at the beach facing the water . I grab my robe putting it over my half naked body and open the door to walk out to him . I wonder what made him get up without me and walk out here . Is it some thing that Asian said ? I hate when I have to over think like this
"Von?" I call out struggling to walk through the sand to catch up to him . He turns around and looks down at me with a small smile starting to form on his face "what you doing out here ? "I asks him getting closer .
"What you doing up ?" He asks pulling me into his arms so that were both facing the water "it's late you and lil folks need some rest " he says holding my stomach
"Your phone woke me up " I tell him wondering if he knew who it was
"Who was it ? "He asks
"Asian "I tell him and feel him exhale on my back
"As if I don't got enough fucking problems " he shakes his head . I turn around and look up at him while he rolls his eyes looking at the water
