The screen door swung shut behind Marley with a slight squeak before rattling gently in the frame. She sat down next to Dean on the porch of where he had been locked up earlier, and took a deep breath.

"I thought I told you to stay hidden." She sent him a look, but Dean simply shrugged. A sigh escaped her lips before she opened the box. "So... whadya want to know?"

"Is he my-"

He cut off, trying to figure out how to phrase it in crazy time travel nouns. But Marley simply nodded, already understanding his question.

"Yeah. He's mine and Dean's." Marley glanced over and saw the processing look on his face, causing her to chuckle. "Relax there buddy. It's the future, he's not yours yours."

"Still..." Dean mumbled and shook his head ever so slightly. "A kid."

"Yeah." Marley smiled slightly as she remembered. "Dean was pretty freaked out when I told him. But he's a great dad."

"I would never want to raise a kid in this world." Dean glanced over and saw a sadness flicker over Marley's face. "Sorry. I didn't mean it like that."

"I know." She gave him a small smile. "I know. We're just trying to make do with what we've got."

A moment of silence lapsed between them before Dean posed another question.

"How old is he?"

"He'll be 4 in November." Another pause. "You're not gonna ask his name?"

"Kind of scared to find out what name you pulled out a hat." Dean looked over at her, amusement flashing through his eyes.

"Zeppelin. His name is Zeppelin."Dean's eyes lit up. "He gets called Zepp and Z a lot though."

He stared at the woman beside him. Marley, but not his Marley.

"You're awesome."

She rolled her eyes. "Anything else you want to know?"

Dean stared ahead, his thumbs fiddling with each other, and his lips slightly puckered out in thought. "How did you know I wasn't... me?"

Marley smiled slightly. "Well for one you did a horrible job hiding your surprised face when you realized it was me that kissed you." Dean opened his mouth to protest but she shook her head and kept talking. "And secondly... well you smell different."

"I smell different?" He sent her a 'really?' look.

Marley shrugged. "If it makes you feel any better you smell cleaner than he does."

Dean let out a light chuckle as he shook his head and looked out towards the horizon. "So... are we like, a thing?"

Marley bit her cheek and looked down. "Not officially. Apocalypse doesn't really allow for anything official. And Dean has a lot on his shoulders right now..." She trailed off before shaking her head, changing her mind. "But, in every other sense, yeah, Dean and I are together."

"Well, uh, right now you and I haven't spoken in like 2 weeks. You kind of bit my head off about letting Sam walk away and we haven't spoken since. But it's nice to know I fix that."

"You assume you're the one that mends things between us?" Marley arched an eyebrow at him.

"Obviously." Dean scoffed. "You are ridiculously stubborn."

"Compared to you?" Her voice rose in pitch. "You wouldn't let Sam come home even after he found out he was Lucifer's vessel! If you had just t-"

She cut herself off abruptly and shook her head, looking away from Dean.
