Spoilers: Same as the last chapter. I again cannot guarantee that there won't be any spoilers in the comments.

Two days later a second murder occurred in the parking lot of Biggersons. None of the customers had seen anything except the 34 year old lady who was running late for her friend's birthday dinner. Got a front row seat to the whole thing and will probably need therapy for the rest of her life, but hey, that's what you get for being late on your friend's birthday.

And it was this woman that Sam and Dean were currently interviewing. Well more like Sam was interviewing and Dean was over flirting with one of the waitresses.

"Thank you for your time." Sam said with a soft smile.

The woman gave a small nod of her head. Her mouth was covered with a tissue and her eyes were puffy from crying. Her makeup was slightly smeared across her face. Sam turned away from the lady and pulled Dean away from the waitress.  Dean gave one more flirtatious smile before turning to Sam.

"Same MO as the Gas 'N Sip murder?" Dean asked and glanced at Sam.

Sam flicked his eyebrows up. "Yeah. Right down to seeing the wolf."

"But why would it leave a witness? At the Gas 'N Sip the cashier fainted so he didn't see it, but here? This lady clearly saw it happen."

"Dean it's a wolf. Or a skinwalker disguised as one. But whatever it is it's not worried about being called into court to-"

Dean cut him off, slapping the back of his hand into Sam's chest. "Dude! Dude look."

Sam followed Dean's gaze and it rested on the back of another witness talking to the police. Sam took in the caramel colored hair and the annoyed posture of the girl. Very different than the witness they had just interviewed.

"Is that..." Sam trailed.

"Uh huh." The annoyance was already clear in Dean's voice.

Both boys walked up to the police officer that was questioning the girl and flashed their badges at him.

"We have a few questions to ask her." Dean said making it very clear to the cop that he should leave.

The cop just gave a short nod and walked away to go talk to the other witness. The girl smirked when she turned around and saw the boys.

"Hey what a coincidence! You guys are here too."

"Funny. I was about to the same thing to you." Dean said with zero humor. "You were at both murder scenes and you failed to actually witness either of them?"

"Hey I never said I didn't see anything here." She said defensively losing her smile.

Sam perked up. "Well what did you see?"

Marley snorted and then her smirk was back on. "Nothing."

"Yeah well maybe that's because you're the one who's killing people." Dean said aggressively.

Marley's eyebrows pinched together. "Seriously?" She asked in disbelief. "I'm not killing innocent people."

Dean studied her for a moment as he fiddled with a coin in his hand. "You know it's a felony to lie to a federal agent."

"Mmmmm actually it's not. It's only a crime to lie under oath in a court of law. Lying to a federal officer is just impolite." Marley said giving him a fake smile.

Dean spluttered for a comeback, but couldn't think of anything.

"She's not wrong." Sam said quietly to Dean.
