Chapter 43: Test of Courage

Normal POV

Natsu did compete with Sting on Lucy. Lucy is finding Natsu's actions weird. She is thinking why is Natsu acting this strange and why is he competing with Sting? Whenever Sting will do something with Lucy like swing, drinking a shake, building a sand castle, Natsu will always butt in between the two. Sting finds it cute because he can see that Natsu is super jealous of him. Sting finally approves Natsu's feelings for Lucy. He proves that Natsu is worth on loving his precious cousin. He enjoys making Natsu jealous and Ashley at the same time enjoys what she sees. Little did they know Ashley is filming them on her video cam. The night falls and they have dinner with everyone outside the Rest House. Sting invited Yukino over and his friends to Lucy's. Lucy and Ashley said its okay and he can introduce Yukino to them. Ashley said the more the merrier.

At the wooden table in front of the Rest house. Jellal and Erza are preparing the barbeques, Levy and Wendy are setting up the table, Lisanna and Lucy are making drinks, Elfman and Mira are preparing the dinner, they are putting down the table each of the dish they've cook. Natsu, Gray and Juvia are packing the things they are going to need later for their Test of Courage after dinner.

"Good Evening everyone!" Ashley, Sting, Yukino and his friends just arrive at the Rest House.

"Oh Ashley, Sting, good timing we just finished preparing for dinner!" Lucy said

"Yukino-san?" Wendy said

"Yukino?!!" All of them yelled surprised to see her

"Yukino?!" Natsu heard Wendy and turn his head to them

"Natsu-sama!" Yukino said startled to see Natsu

"Yukino! What are you doing here?" Natsu asked walking towards Yukino

"Natsu-sama...ah ...ehh...it's because..." Yukino blushed; she is embarrassed to say it to her co-Student Council

"She's my girlfriend!" Sting said and hold Yukino's shoulder and he lean Yukino to him

"G-G-Girlfriend?!" Natsu yelled and Yukino nodded

"T-This guy?" Natsu disappointedly pointed to Sting

"Hey don't be like that Natsu-san. Let's eat first then I'm going to tell you everything." Sting said and cling his other arm to Natsu

They all seat on the long wooden table and have their dinner together.

"So you're saying that Lucy is your cousin and all that was a fraud about being Lucy's ex-boyfriend?" Natsu asked in a surprised tone.

"Yup!" Sting said with a huge smile on his face

"Aaahhhh! Why am I so stupid to fall for that!" Natsu complained

"Well you are always stupid that's why?" Gray said

"What was that?"

"Don't worry Natsu-san, I only did that for Lucy's sake."

"For me?" Lucy questioned after swallowing the food she is chewing

It seems that for the look of Sting to Natsu, he already pick up what he meant by that.

"So Yukino, how long are you dating Sting?" Erza asked

"Erza-sama...do I really need to answer that?" Yukino said embarrassed

"We are dating for 3 years now!" Sting said

"Oh~! Well congrats Yukino! I thought you are not dating anyone." Erza said and eat a piece of barbeque

Yukino just smiles at Erza and she noticed that Jellal is blushing beside Erza. "Ah By the way Jellal-sama have you seen already the paper you are looking for?" Yukino asked
