✧Lan Zhan- Return✧

A/N- Again, beautiful art, although it is sad. I'm on a writing spree today, so let me give you guys two more chapters :)

LAN ZHAN MISSED Wei Wuxian more every day. As much as he tried to hide it, it really hurt him being away from his boyfriend. So, one day, he decided to return to Lotus Pier and come visit.

You and Wuxian were doing work outside in your garden when you noticed Lan Zhan walking up to you. You quickly ushered a very confused Wuxian back inside and shut and locked the door. Wuxian's health had just started improving. You weren't going to ruin it by making him see the man who had hurt him.

"What do you want, Lan Wangji?" you snapped, calling him by his formal name instead of his informal name to show your hatred towards him. "You've hurt Wuxian enough. It took all my power to keep him from killing himself. If you want to bother him, I'm afraid I can't let you do that."

"He tried to kill himself?" Lan Zhan gasped, shocked.

"Why do you sound so shocked? It was your violation of him that made him feel unworthy," you snapped. You felt bad for attacking Lan Zhan like that. You knew that Wuxian had been depressed and suicidal before he had assaulted him, but for some reason you really wanted to make him feel bad about himself.

Lan Zhan couldn't even meet your eyes. He just kept on staring at the ground, not saying anything. Finally, he looked up and said, "I want to apologize. To show him how much I love him."

"Too bad," Wuxian said. "I'm in love with Y/N now."

When you heard Wuxian speak, you were infuriated. He was supposed to stay inside and be silent, hide from the man who hurt him. But now, he was directly confronting him. This would be terrible for his mental health! You had to get him out of this situation!

"Wei Ying! My love, it's been so long since I've last seen you!" Lan Zhan cried out, falling to his knees before Wuxian. "I missed you so much! I need to apologize to you for so many things, but let me start with this."

"Don't you dare speak to him, Wuxian! Get back inside now!" you snapped. You hadn't intended to be so harsh with your boyfriend, but your fear for his mental state turned into harsh words.

Wuxian was still sensitive, like a young child, so he took your harsh tone personally.

"I'm sorry," he said softly. "Tell me why me speaking to Lan Wangji makes you so mad."

"He raped you!" you screamed loud enough for your neighbors to hear. "You shouldn't associate with a man who did such disgusting things to you!"

Lan Zhan looked at you with sad, puppy-dog eyes. He got up from where he was kneeling and threw his arms around you, shaking with sobs.

"Please Y/N," he sobbed. "Forgive me. I never meant to hurt him. You know I never meant to hurt him. You were with me when I was suffering because of what I'd done! You know the pain I've been through, how I wish I was dead for hurting my love!"

Wuxian was taken aback by the seriousness of Lan Zhan's wish. Killed for hurting him? Maybe he really did feel bad for hurting him...

"Lan Wangji," he said, and the man's head snapped up immediately.

"Yes, my Wei Ying? What is it?" he asked.

"Do you really feel sorry for what you've done? If so... we can try our relationship over again. Please, be honest, I-"

Wuxian was silenced by Lan Zhan throwing his arms around him and giving him a long, passionate kiss.

"My Wei Ying," he moaned. "I need you... my Wei Ying..."

Wuxian hummed in pleasure, and pressed himself deeper into Lan Zhan's embrace. You ran inside your home, your eyesight blurred by tears.

How could Wuxian leave you, the only one who had cared about him? How dare he! He was the one who had asked to love you, and now he was leaving you so easily! The fool! You hoped he burned in hell for his cruelty!

After a few minutes, Wuxian and Lan Zhan came inside, smiles on their faces. You had never seen Wuxian look happier. How pathetic...

"Is it alright if I take Wuxian with me to Cloud Recesses, Y/N?" Lan Zhan asked. "Thank you for taking care of him, by the way. He looks quite healthy!"

You muttered a curse under your breath and said, "Yes, take him. He's not mine in the first place, he's always been yours."

Wuxian noticed that you were angry, and he gave you a long hug, which usually calmed you down. But now it just made you angrier.

"Get out of my face before I hurt you!" you snapped.

"Y/N, please... Don't hate me," Wuxian begged.

"You're our best friend. We couldn't live with ourselves if we hurt you," Lan Zhan said.

"Get the hell out!" you yelled.

The two men walked out together, holding hands, with tears in their eyes.

Lan Zhan turned around and looked at you one last time.

"I'm so sorry, my friend," he whispered.

You scoffed and turned around, slamming the door behind you.

Idiots, the lot of them.

A/N- I kind of feel bad for ending the storyline here but that's how it ends everyone. I'm sorry Y/N was such a brat in this oneshot, in my next Wei Wuxian oneshot, they'll be nicer again. I just had to make her mean and annoying for this one oneshot lol. I hope you're enjoying these Untamed oneshots so far. I haven't really gotten far in the series, so I'm sorry if I make any mistakes, like with the formal and informal names or whatever. See you later!
