A/N- Just because I love drunk Lan Zhan so much, and I love Xichen so much, I decided I would put them together and see how this would work. Also, in this story, you're once again Lan Zhan and Xichen's sibling- you're Lan Zhan's older sibling but Xichen's younger one, so you're the middle child. I hope you enjoy :)

YOU KNEW THAT letting your brothers drink a whole bottle of Emperor's Smile each was not a good idea. Why you still let them do it, you didn't know, and you hated yourself for. Now you had two drunk Twin Jades to take care of, and that was not a walk in the park by any means.

"Lan Zhan, you need to walk! Don't just stand there with your mouth open like that, people will think you're rude!"

Lan Wangji, the Little Jade of Gusu, was standing in the middle of the street with his mouth open, staring up at the sky as if it was keeping secrets from him.

"Wanji..." Xichen slurred, mispronouncing his brother's name. "Come here, Wanji..."

You politely pushed your older brother away from Lan Zhan and grabbed both their hands, guiding them through the streets and leading them back to Cloud Recesses.

"Thirsty," Lan Zhan said. "Water."

"I don't have water right now, Wangji," you said, feeling guilty when your younger brother brought his lips down in a pout.

"Th' river," Xichen said, pointing to the forest that was surrounding you. "Go."

"Xichen gege, I am not leaving the two of you alone," you said firmly.

Xichen pushed you lightly, and then Lan Zhan shoved you hard. You fell to the ground, and when you got up after loudly complaining, both your brothers had run off in different directions. You saw the white and blue of their hanfu disappearing into the forest, but you didn't see where they went, only heard the loud noises of them breaking bushes and branches around you.

Your sibling anxiety was immediately activated. You ran right into the forest, screaming Wangji and Xichen's names- both their courtesy and birth names- as loudly as you could. From behind you, you could hear the sounds of an owl hooting angrily, and... was that crying?

"Lan Huan! Lan Zhan!"

"Y-Y-Y/N...."

You could hear Xichen's tear-filled, stuttering voice coming from somewhere behind you. Your heart began to beat faster, and you rushed towards the sound of his crying.

"Gege!" you screamed. "Xichen gege!"

You felt something tugging at your hanfu skirt, and looked down to see Xichen sitting down on the ground, clutching his ankle and whimpering in pain like a hurt animal.

"Xichen! What's wrong with your ankle?" you asked.

Oh God... if it's broken...

"I-It twisted on a b-branch and i-it h-hurts..." Xichen whimpered, holding onto your skirt the way a toddler would.

"Can you stand up?" you asked him.

Holding tightly onto your skirt, Xichen pushed himself back up onto his feet. He whimpered, and fell forward into your waiting arms. You caught him and propped him back up again. This time, he could stand, but he was swaying a little bit in his gait.

"Come with me and find Wangji, gege," you told him, holding his hand tightly in yours and watching to make sure he wouldn't leave your side. He obeyed you, following you loyally like a dog would their owner.

"Wangji!" you cried out, searching for your younger brother.

"Wanji..." Xichen slurred, singing his brother's name playfully, too drunk to realize that this wasn't just a game of hide and seek. His brother was actually lost, and he could be seriously injured.

You weren't looking where you were going, and all of a sudden you heard the familiar whoosh of a waterfall. You realized now that you had walked all the way up to the back of the mountains that surrounded the Lan clan residence, and you were in the cold springs that people used to heal. You could smell the residual scent of lavender on the breeze. Whoever was here previously needed help with stress, so they had lit lavender scented incense to try and help themselves.

"Hurts," you heard the familiar deep voice of Lan Zhan saying. "Gege... gege help Wangji... Wangji hurts..."

"Wanji!" Xichen exclaimed, jumping up and down in the water. "Found Wanji!"

"Where?" you asked, whirling around to see where your older brother was pointing. "Where is he?"

You followed Xichen's pointed finger and noticed Lan Zhan sitting in the water, tears streaming down his face. Seeing your younger brother cry was a serious event- he rarely showed any emotion, especially not sadness or pain. Because of this, you were very concerned as to what had happened. You sat down next to Lan Zhan, and Xichen followed your example. You reached out and took your brother's hands. When you did that, he buried his head in your chest and started to wail.

"Hurts! Take it away!"

"Wangji... my Wangji," you whispered, gently stroking his wet hair. "What hurts? Tell me, what hurts?"

"Thirsty. Drank... too much. Stomach... very much pain," he responded, making you laugh in relief.

"Oh my baby... my baby brother..." you said, holding him tightly, relieved that it wasn't something more serious. "My precious one... that's what happens when you drink too much too fast. It'll be okay. Get up and let's go home."

"Wanji okay?" Xichen asked.

"Yes, Xichen gege," you said, smiling at your older brother. Even when he was drunk, he was still concerned for his younger brother. How sweet of him.

You helped Lan Zhan up to his feet and, holding the hands of your two brothers, walked back to Cloud Recesses. It was late, so everyone was sleeping, which was good. It meant that you could sneak a wet Wangji and a very heavy-hearted Huan back to their beds safely, and return to your room, which was right next to theirs, without bothering anyone or raising any alarms.

Right before you went to bed, Lan Zhan and Xichen came into your room with playful smiles on their faces.

"Y/N," Xichen said.

"Yes, gege?" you asked, sitting up in your bed just in case they needed anything that required you to get up and walk.

"Can we drink some more Emperor's Smile tomorrow?" Lan Zhan asked, smiling innocently at you.

You groaned and buried your head in your pillow.

"Go away, the both of you," you responded. "Just go away."
