Even though Arcee was mad at you for tagging along with Miko and following the Autobots into a dangerous energon mine with known Decepticon sentries, seeing you upset about her yelling made the tiniest bit of guilt seep into her. You were known to never like a chewing out, and Arcee (though she thought she wasn't) might have been a bit too rough on you. So she did what she knew would make you forgive her.
