Not many people were kind to Starscream. The heeled bot was dramatic, a traitor, and intensely mischievous. But, he was your best friend. Sure, he didn't have his heart in the right places all the time, and maybe his intentions weren't too pure, but he still tried to look out for you. You cared about the bot. So, you did everything you could to make sure he understood, from taking the blame for him to getting him days off. You weren't anywhere near his rank in the Decepticon fleets, but you had a good relationship with Soundwave, so you could get away with loads.
