When you and your friends Jack, Raf, and Miko first met Ratchet, it was apparent he didn't have much joy in his life. In fact, you couldn't remember if you had ever seen him laugh before. So it became sort of like a challenge between the humans, who could make him laugh, and after a while upon popular demand it was reduced to smiling. The bot hardly cracked a smile. He caught onto your plan quite quickly, and was determined to keep his reputation up. So you could imagine both of your surprise when you cracked him, getting a smile and a laugh!
