But you still came before he did, so you thought for sure you had more say in matters than he did. But he did like to flaunt around his 'years of training' and 'skilled expertise' to work his way. Maybe he was smart, and a good leader, but you didn't like being pushed around. So every chance you got, you would rebut against him. Knowing this, he had to start coming up with counter arguments to stop you from proving a point, and whether it was intended or not, you became closer. You worked great together as a team (even for your own selfishness) and always had bomb-proof plans.
