Jinyoung sighed in relief. "Hey, Jaeseok."

How had he managed to get his burner in here? Clearly, the camp didn't care as much as they thought they did.

Our murder plan was for Jinyoung to get a knife, me and him to get into Seojun's tent, go ahead with the murder, and escape as quickly as possible. As for the escape part, Jinyoung had a "friend"- Jaeseok, who he was currently phoning.

"In two nights. So not tonight or tomorrow night, but the next night."

His face was oddly somber. I ignored it, however, knees pressed to my chest as the rest of us awaited the final verdict.

"Great."

When Jinyoung placed down the phone, it was like a collective sigh of relief finally escaped from the tent. If Jaeseok wasn't able to help us, then what?

Whatever, it was official; we had two days until the murder took place.

"We're good for an..." Jinyoung stared off into the distance for a moment. "escape, for lack of a better word. Now there's just everything else. We can deal with that tomorrow."

With that, he, Yonghee, and Hyunsuk were heading out. I could hear someone's voice outside, but it wasn't Seojun's, so we were okay. For now, I guessed.

Once they were out, Byounggon turned towards me. "Are you sure that you want to do this?"

I shrugged. It was one way for Seojun to go, another way for my parents to find out about this whole ordeal. Yes, it had the potential to ruin my life, but I didn't even care at that point. "Are you?"

"I wasn't the one who..." Byounggon stopped, recalculating his words. "Look, I'm here to support you as your whatever-we-are. I feel like my whole opinion- which, yes, I'm sure- matters less that yours does."

"Well." I left it at that. I was ready, of course, but I didn't know how this would all turn out. Even with my hatred for Seojun, uncertainty really wasn't reassuring.
