Yonghee stared out of the window the entire train ride.

He hadn't necessarily had any deep attachments to Seoul, no. But there was something about completely moving on and uprooting what he knew as his life. Two months ago, if you had told old him where he'd be now, he probably wouldn't believe it for one of two reasons. One, that he would have even pulled something like this, or two, that he'd been able to get out from under his parent's thumb.

He looked at the others. Hyunsuk was sleeping next to him, leaning on Jinyoung's shoulder. Jinyoung was staring blankly straight ahead at Byounggon, who was stealing glances at Seunghun. Seunghun himself was tapping his fingers against the table in front of them.

Wow. Travelling as a group of five, on the run, trying to settle in despite everything that was going on. It was funny, really, and Yonghee wanted to scoff at how unbelievable the situation was.

Jinyoung shook Hyunsuk awake, which was how Yonghee knew they were closing in on the station. Paju was going to be their new home until as long as it took.

The train rolled to a stop. "The train doors are now opening," the automatic voice of the train said. "Your stop: Jangan."
