"Good morning Eomma~"

The older woman stopped tending to the flowers to see her daughter come downstairs.

"My, you're up early Yuri, you don't have to go to school today do you?"

The hamster shook her head, grabbing a spare apron before approaching her mom, "no, but I told you I'd help out today."

Yuri's mom smiled, rubbing her daughter's head, "are you feeling better, my dear?"

"Yeah Eomma, I'm feeling better."

As the college student helped her mother around the flower shop before it opened, she couldn't help but think back to the weird dream she had last night. It felt so real... yet she was sure that it'd only be a one-time thing.

After coming across the bouquets that were placed neatly on a counter, she remembered the weird blonde-haired duck she met in the dream. It was as if the girl had no friends either, leading to her always on the verge of clinging onto Yuri.

The hamster shook her head, but even as she pushed the thoughts to the back of her head, she couldn't help but wish she'd be able to go back.

"Miss Yena, breakfast is ready."

Yena flopped over to her side, hugging one of her pillows as the butler knocked on her door.

"Give me a minute... I'll come down."

Yena had woken up to the comfort of her bed, the butler had probably brought her up to her room after she fell asleep in his car.

She let out a yawn, ambling down the stairs after she washed her face.

"Morning Eomma... Morning Appa. How was your meeting?"

Her parents stared at her weirdly as she sat down, "it went well. Yena, did you not sleep?"

"I slept amazing actually, best I ever had since I woke up the first time. I just slept late because I was studying."

'I actually felt like a real human too, who had human interaction.'

As they began eating, Yena glanced over to the butler, giving him a small, grateful smile.

Beep... Beep... Beep...

Hitomi groaned, yawning as she lifted her head up from her textbook. She had totally forgotten that she fell asleep while studying from all that had happened in her dream.

That dream...

She got up, walking out of her room to make breakfast for her and her mother.

It felt weird... a good kind of weird.

Others were checking up on her, and she actually felt like she was having fun.

People were taking care of her.

Hitomi wrapped up her mother's breakfast in plastic wrap, going back to her room to grab her school items. She poked her head into her mother's room, seeing the woman fast asleep. The college girl silently went out of the house, walking over to the nearest bus stop.

For the first time in a very long time... She felt cared for.
