I opened my eyes to see sunlight streaming in through the blinds. I tried to stretch, but found myself unable to. She looked down to see my boyfriend, Ranboo's, arms wrapped tightly around me as he slept. I smiled to myself at how absolutely adorable this man was. I peered over his shoulder at the clock to see that it was 9 in the morning. We had stayed up very late last night streaming together and had barely been able to change before we had both collapsed in bed. Thankfully, it was a Sunday, so I figured we could have a lazy morning.

I struggled my way out of Ranboo's grasp and made my way into the kitchen to start making breakfast. Feeling a little indulgent, I began making some chocolate chip waffles and bacon. I hummed to myself as I worked, relishing the morning light flooding the kitchen. As I was flipping the waffles I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. "Goodmorning Y/n." Ranboo said in his rough morning voice as he rested his chin on top of my head. "Goodmorning. Did you sleep well?" I felt his head nodding and let out a small laugh. "I'm glad to hear that. While you're here, could I use your height to grab the salt from the shelf up there?" I pointed to the cabinet above my head. I was average height, but it didn't hurt to use his height here and there. I felt a shift behind me and saw Ranboo's arm reach up and grab the salt shaker before placing it next to me and returning his arm to it's previous place. I thanked him as I took the salt and put some on the bacon before putting it in the oven.

Then, I heard a song softly begin to play behind me. I turned around in Ranboo's arms to see he was holding his phone in one hand and was smirking down at me. He placed the phone on the counter and then pulled us into the middle of the kitchen floor. He took my hand in his and said "May I have this dance, my fairest Y/n?" I giggled and nodded my head as Ranboo pulled me close to his chest, my hand still in his own, and we began to slowly sway to the music. I looked up at the face of the man I loved and couldn't help but smile. Ranboo himself couldn't help but smile back at his beautiful girlfriend, the most important girl to him. He twirled me around and then dipped me, causing me to laugh, before I was pulled back up and into Ranboo. I rested my head on his chest and listened to his beating heart and how it seemed to have picked up a little. I looked up at him again as I stood on my tippy-toes and pressed a soft kiss to his lips. "I love you." "I love you, too."

The two of us stayed like this for a while before the oven timer went off and the food was ready. As we sat together and ate breakfast, I felt like I couldn't have gotten any luckier.
