Looking at how angry Lycaon because of that crazy cultists members,

“Lycaon, didn’t you see anything when your world perished? The Imyuntar were the ruling species of Chronos, not Earth.” Kim Dokja said that to suppressed Lycaon anger.

Lycaon’s expression stiffened.

Kim Dokja didn’t miss this gap and continued, “There were five disasters that destroyed your world.”

“What…” Lycaon surprised.

“The southern continent of Chronos where you lived was destroyed by the dragon. Right?” Kim Dokja continued.

Lycaon’s eyes filled with disbelief. “How do you know this?”

“Fire Dragon Igneel. The Disaster of Burning Hell. It is the name of the disaster that destroyed your world.” Kim Dokja confidently said.

The small disaster that I killed, Lesser Igneel was originally a ‘disaster.’ Kim Dokja thought.

A single flame could turn a small city into a sea of fire and a single flap of its wings could destroy a lower species.

The southern continent of Chronos was destroyed by him. The fire dragon that woke up from a meteorite.

Lycaon gritted his teeth. “You are speaking like it is someone else’s story. You will regret it. Pretty soon, your world will also struggle in that hot hellfire.”

But Cale Henituse also able to do that. Ugh... I feel like my views are being biased from watching how overpower Cale Henituse skills are. Kim Dokja remembered about what happened before when Cale throwing his money before.

“Don’t worry. Igneel won’t come down to this world.” Kim Dokja decided to answer Lycaon and tell him the truth.

“What?” Lycaon surprised.

“I have already killed him. There will be no ‘Burning Hell’ disaster in this world.” Kim Dokja answered.

“Wait a minute, Kim Dokja-ssi! How can you say that while you didn’t tell him that you were able to kill that dragon because of Cale-nim help you!”

“Right! How ungrateful you are for saying that.”

“That’s right, we also have the records of it as a proves.”

“Clopeh-nim has finished the editing of this part so the video quality will be much better.” Yun Jeong-Suk said proudly.

“Let’s watch it!”

They played the video like before and watch it together.

“It’s an angel...no, a real God!”

“It’s heaven...!!!”

“God is really exists!”

“Cale-nim in priest outfits is so divine.”

“I think I saw a halo behind him...”

“Sadly the videos can’t be compared with the real one.” Yun Jeong-Suk said with a sad face.

“But we still able to show their greatness to everyone with this videos.” The other CRSF members cheer her up.

The cultists looking at the videos with dazed expression.

Lycaon had a bemused expression, like he heard his home had been brought back. But he also unable to accept the truth as he saw in the video.

Logically speaking, it’s something impossible for any other being except for the constellations and dokkaebis to able to do something like this.

So he can’t believe it.

Or it’s more like that he don’t want to believe it.

“This is the best joke I’ve ever heard. Is there such a joke in this world? Is it fun to joke about the world that will soon cease to exist?” Lycaon face full of disbelief as he said that.

Well… of course not. It’s not like I didn’t understand how he feels. I also think so when the first time I met with Cale Henituse group. Kim Dokja thought while pulled out a blue coloured medallion.

Then like magic, Lycaon’s laughter subsided.

The Protection Symbol of the Imyuntar.

Lycaon’s shaking hands reached out to take the medallion.

“W-Why… how do you have this…?”

The Protection Symbol of the Imyuntar was proof that a person had hunted a disaster dragon.

“Lycaon of the Imyuntar. Pay respects to the protector.”
Lycaon’s body slowly fell.

First his knees touched the ground, slowly followed by his head. There was a severe shaking of his eyes like he couldn’t admit it.

“Do it properly.” Kim Dokja said.

Before long, his head touched the ground. He was over three metres tall so it wasn’t until he fell down that his eyes were lower than mine.

Kim Dokja looked down at Lycaon.

This was the useful part of catching the fire dragon.

Han Sooyoung and the other who weren’t able to grasp the situation yet and looked at Lycaon with confused eyes.

Kim Dokja was almost feel that Han Sooyoung’s and the prophets glare will put a hole on his back.

He also heard their whispering.

“Hey, he really had an extremely worst sight.”

“I know right, he should be doing that to Our Godly Cale-nim.”

“Right! But didn’t he only kneels after Kim Dokja-ssi took out that thing?”

“I understand why his world is being destroyed. How can those who didn’t understand Cale-nim greatness can be exists in any universe.”

“Oh! That’s logical reasoning!”

“Shameless! He only able to obtain that thing because Cale-nim is helping him.”

“That’s why he is so ugly. Because he is so shameless, he didn’t have any face for other to see at.”

Kim Dokja try his hardest for ignoring the cultists words.

Lycaon spoke in a quivering voice. “Great dragon hunter… With the benefit of hindsight, I would like to ask you to forgive my rudeness.”

“My name is Kim Dokja.” Kim Dokja said.

Once again, I thought that my name wasn’t that great. This would be a great scene if my name was Yoo Jonghyuk. Kim Dokja thought.

Kim Dokja added a quick remark to diffuse the awkward atmosphere.

“Lycaon. There is something I need you to do.”

Lycaon carefully looked up.

“Teach me the Way of the Wind, which is the secret technique of your people.” Kim Dokja said.

Lycaon’s eyes slowly became bigger.

This was my purpose behind hatching Lycaon.

The southern disaster of the fire dragon had disappeared so the first disaster in the fifth scenario would surely be the ‘east disaster.’

In order to prevent the catastrophe in the east, I needed to gain the secret technique of the Imyuntar. Cale Henituse also has similar skills but he avoid to participating from most scenario for unknown reasons. That’s why I need to learn it. Kim Dokja thought.

Way of the Wind It was the only answer to the disaster of the east, the ‘Disaster of Questions.’. Kim Dokja decided his plans.

“Kim Dokja-ssi, can you explain to us what you are talking about?”

The prophets and Han Sooyoung are glaring at Kim Dokja and demands his explanation.

***
An hour later, Kim Dokja explained the situation to Han Sooyoung and the prophets who hadn’t been able to follow the conversation.

“Then the medallion you got from killing the fire dragon is an important thing for them?” Han Sooyoung summarized.

“Yes.” Kim Dokja nodded.

“I still don’t understand… the fire dragon you killed with Cale-nim help at that time was one of the disasters?” Yoon Jinho asked.

“That’s right.” Kim Dokja nodded.

“…Then in the fifth scenario, we have to prevent four instead of five disasters?” Amaris asked.

“You seem to understand yet not understand?” Kim Dokja said.

Han Sooyoung frowned. “I still don’t understand. Didn’t you kill the ‘Lesser Igneel?’ Isn’t he a deteriorated dragon so why is he the disaster? Is this also a development of Ways of Survival?”

“Right isn’t it too weak for being a disaster? Or maybe we became stronger because Our Godly Idols blessings...” Yoon Jinho muttered something while clasping his hands.

“…Everything that hatches from a disaster meteor is a disaster. That guy came out instead of Igneel so Igneel won’t appear in this disaster. In addition, Igneel didn’t appear in the original. Igneel’s hatchling came out. It is only the fifth scenario so how can something like that wake up already?” Kim Dokja explained.

“…You speak well. Are you a spokesman for Ways of Survival? Are you actually the writer?” Han Sooyoung asked.

The scenario difficulty was ridiculous but it was adjusted so that it could be cleared if people risked their lives.

…Of course, the adjustment was carefully controlled.

The Lesser Igneel, the deteriorated version of the hatchling had annihilated the prophets, which could be called the elite troops at the time. Was that all? I was once killed by that dragon. If it wasn’t for the King of No Killing, I wouldn’t be standing here. Kim Dokja thought.

If Lesser Igneel had been released into Seoul and continued to level up, Seoul would’ve ended up the same as Lycaon’s hometown.

Of course, Han Sooyoung had no knowledge of such matters and was busy complaining.

“Anyway, aren’t the disasters a bigger deal than I thought? I have a lot of trouble grasping the scale because of the way it was expressed in Ways of Survival…”

“We were lucky with the fire dragon. The disasters that will come will be in their original state. Terrible beings will appear.”
Kim Dokja was feeling pleasant to see the expression of the plagiarist writer at the word ‘original.’

“Then what should we do?” Amaris who listened to the explanation asked.

“We have to use that guy.”
Kim Dokja looked at Lycaon, who was preparing for the training in a distant place.

Han Sooyoung asked, “He looks strong. Do you want him to fight?”

“That guy is a coward. In addition, the guides are prohibited from fighting against disasters of another world. We have to take care of our work on our own.” Kim Dokja answered.

They heard Lycaon calling out to Kim Dokja.
“Protector, I am ready.”

Protector was the title for the owner of the medallion. Kim Dokja told him to call his name a few times but Lycaon didn’t yield.

How Lycaon called Kim Dokja make Cale remember how the Knight Captain of Roan Kingdom who always call him Commander.

Actually Cale who are busy with listening to the Wind Elementals reports and Choi Jung Gun reports about Choi Han and Yoo Jonghyuk situations just finished listening to everything and want to ask Kim Dokja about the one that attack Choi Han and Yoo Jonghyuk.

-   Right now Choi Han is taking the unconscious Yoo Jonghyuk to your place after we lose the pursuers. 🐲

Good job. It’s better to avoid any probability like him regressing. Did he meet with the other?

-   He didn’t meet anyone except for Yoo Jonghyuk and that strange group. 🐲

The reports about Choi Han and Yoo Jonghyuk situations continue.

But no one know and Lycaon was already starting his teaching.

“From now on, I will teach you the secret technique of my clan, the Way of the Wind.”

Way of the Wind. It was a hidden skill that allowed the user to use the wind like their own limbs.

Among the other species, only those with the Protection Symbol of the Imyuntar could learn this skill.

Yoo Jonghyuk was originally scheduled to obtain this but not this time. I couldn’t give the strong person all the good skills. But is this the same skill as what Cale Henituse own? Kim Dokja thought.

“Then I will start.” Lycaon said as he started to demonstrate the skill.

For the next three hours, Kim Dokja sweated hard to learn the skill.

It would be nice if the system had a message like ‘Would you like to learn the skill?’ but this wasn’t possible. It was only possible to gain the skill by learning it directly. Kim Dokja thought while trying hard to learn the skill.

Kim Dokja had read the novel so he was able to follow Lycaon’s movements a little bit. To be exact, he thought he was following it. But he’s unable to understands the importance of the skill.

Approximately one more hour passed. Lycaon hesitated before opening his mouth. “Protector. I’m sorry to say this but…”

Kim Dokja gasped and asked, “What? Is it over?”

“No, that is…” Lycaon hesitated to continue his words.

“…Then what am I doing wrong?” Kim Dokja asked.

“To be precise…” Lycaon look troubled to say it.

“Don’t drag it out and tell me quickly.” Kim Dokja urge him to say it.

“It is all wrong.” Lycaon said with a despair in his gaze.

It was so sincere that Kim Dokja sat down like he had received a nuclear punch.

He could heard the giggles from Han Sooyoung and the cultists members.

Kim Dokja breathed roughly and looked up at the sky.

All of a sudden, the Great Hall floating in the sky seemed bigger.

It seemed to be mocking me. Kim Dokja thought.

Lycaon looked at him and prepared for the kill.

“Protector… you don’t have any qualities suited for Way of the Wind. No, to be honest, you don’t have the qualities for almost every skill.”

If this went wrong, the world might perish because of me. Kim Dokja thought.

***
A few more hours passed like this and then days went by.

There were eight days left until the start of the fifth scenario.

Kim Dokja didn’t give up and continued to learn Way of the Wind. Of course, it wasn’t possible.

Grrr.

“Protector, it is better to give up…” Lycaon said with hopeless face.

“…Why can’t I learn it?” Kim Dokja said with a despair tone.

Han Sooyoung giggled beside me and said, “Why? It is because you have no talent.”

“That isn’t possible.” Kim Dokja refuted.

“Why not? You aren’t the protagonist. Do you think that you became Yoo Jonghyuk because you have been doing a good job lately?” Han Sooyoung answered.

Kim Dokja chest was sore like he had been stabbed.

Kim Dokja spoke with a frown, “But I understand everything in my head.”

“Do you need to become the protagonist to learn it?” One of the cultists members asked.

“I think Cale-nim will able to do it too because he’s a God.”

They turned their head and looked at Cale.
Suddenly a similar wind like what Lycaon demonstrated before, no it’s more refined than Lycaon skill.

It makes even Lycaon is extremely surprised by Cale wind.

But they didn’t know that Cale didn’t do anything.

It was the Wind Elementals who mimicking Lycaon skill.

As the Wind Elementals is the wind itself, the skill becomes much refined than the original.

But because no one could saw or hear the Wind Elementals, they misunderstood it as something that Cale was doing.

“As expected of Our Godly Idols. He could do anything.” Yoon Jinho said while clasping his hands.

The other cult members are nodding their heads excitedly.

“How do you do that?” The surprised Lycaon asked Cale.

“I didn’t do anything.” Cale answered honestly.

“Then how did you do that?” Lycaon said while pointing at the wind that caused by the Wind Elementals.

Cale look at the wind caused by the Wind Elementals and said.

“It’s the Wind (Elementals) that try to mimicking your skills, but I’m not doing anything.” Cale said.

Although he said the truth, but sadly no one believes him.

How humble Our Cale-nim is. Different from that shameless ugly squid. That’s why he unable to learn it. Some cult members thought.

• Cale, Cale! Tell the wolf that he only need to follow the wind flow naturally and he can dance with the wind like us.

• Chaos, Destruction, Symphony! Like dancing while following the music.

• Cale please tell him for us.
Cale could only sighed as the Wind Elementals want to tell Lycaon how to refined his skills.

“Please tell me how to do it? Should I kneel and call you Teacher? Or Master?” Lycaon also trying to get Cale answers.

Lycaon already kneeling and begging to Cale with more respect than when he did before to Kim Dokja.

“Kyaaa, what a good word! Imagine Cale-nim with glasses teaching you personally...I can die happily.”

“But if he use the word ‘Master’, didn’t it makes you think of murim stories setting? Just imagine Cale-nim in murim style outfits.”

“Will there any scenario that would make them use such outfits?”

“Why do those bastard dokkaebis didn’t make such scenario?”

[Some constellations praises your imagination.]

[Some constellations interest with your imagination.]

[The constellations in the fans circle like your suggestions.]

[Some constellations in the fans circle send their petition to the Bureau.]

[Some constellations that rule wind are watching with interest.]

[Some constellations that rule wind are listening carefully.]

[Some constellations...]
...

The cultists members are busy with their imagination and some constellations are joining their craziness.

After looking at the begging Lycaon and the Wind Elementals that keep telling him to teach him,

“Haa..., you don’t need to do that. You just need to follow the wind flow naturally and following it like dancing while following the music. Move it like...” Cale just repeat what he heard from the Wind Elementals.

Lycaon quickly following Cale tips and able to refine his skills into another level.

Looking at that, Kim Dokja try to learn the skill again by following Cale tips but he still unable to do it.

“Why can’t I do it even I understand everything in my head.” Kim Dokja feels really unfair.

“Ah, yes. Everyone thinks they can go to Seoul National University.” Han Sooyoung sarcastically said.

“I’m telling the truth.” Kim Dokja said with a serious face.

It’s the truth that Kim Dokja remembered most of the enlightenment associated with Way of the Wind.

But he unable to do it different from Cale who keep saying that he didn’t do anything.

Kim Dokja felt so frustrated one hour ago that he got a second battery from the survivors and read the text again but still he can’t learn the skill.

“There is a gale in the right hand and a storm in the left hand. The Way of the Wind will be opened when the straight lines and the curves meet.” Kim Dokja said to prove it to Han Sooyoung.

“H-How… You really understand it!” Lycaon felt admiration from where he was listening to Kim Dokja.

In fact, the words Kim Dokja just muttered was Yoo Jonghyuk’s enlightenment in Ways of Survival. In Ways of Survival, Yoo Jonghyuk gained insight in a single ‘phrase’ followed by a Chinese character. He learned Way of the Wind in just five minutes.

Why do I can’t learn it? I never thought to become like Cale Henituse who became Lycaon’s Teacher or Yoo Jonghyuk who learned it in five minutes. But why can’t I do that? Kim Dokja feels angry.
