(It's Sal's birthday and the gang decides to throw a party — No one was aware that Sal invited Travis, which led to a small argument — Travis and Sal talk)

Sal's POV

It's my birthday, specifically my 21st birthday and I decided to invite my friends over to come celebrate it with me. I pretty much had to text them to let them know that they don't need to bring a gift if they don't want to. And I did tell them to not come over too late than the time I originally planned for the party. They all understood and I sighed, placing my phone down, looking around my living room. It was time to get to work and get some party stuff, so I got up from my couch and started to clean up the kitchen. I washed the dishes, dried them, and put them away.

I cleaned the kitchen table, placed the nicer plates onto the table and got to work with the food portion. I decided to go simple, but not too simple. So on one plate, I made small little sandwiches, placing them all into one plate. And on another plate, I added some fruit like grapes, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon and cantaloupe slices. I then went into the top shelf to take out the good alcoholic beverages I have such as red and white wine, vodka, and whiskey. Personally I might not drink, but I know a few people who's coming that will.

I then took a big step backwards and looked at the table, thinking hard about what else I could add, then I thought of a good idea. I laid down a few chip bags, some salsa into a bowl next to it, and placed some apple juice, grape juice, plus water bottles too. As I was taking my second step back, I hear the doorbell ringing. I turn my attention to the door and opened it, looking up to see Larry holding a box. He smiled as he handed me the box, and I signaled him to come in. "So, thanks for buying the cake for me Larry.", I said. He shrugged his shoulders as he took the TV remote.

"Hah, don't mention it Sal. It's the least I could do for you.", Larry said as he puts on our shared playlist on the TV. "Welp, this'll last until we all leave right?", Larry said as I had placed the cake down. I shrugged my shoulders and chuckled, "Well I sure hope so." Larry smiled at me and placed the remote down. "Anything else you gotta do?", he asked. I look around and nodded. "Take out the plastic plates, forks, spoons, the real knives some wine glasses, other cups, and uh..napkins. Then lay them somewhere on the table. I gotta clean up the living room.", I responded.

Larry then nodded his head and did as told, as I walked to the living room, starting to clean the coffee table. All the left over trash, mugs and plates on that table have been removed and put back in their precise places. When Larry had finished he decided to come to the living room and sit down, the moment he did, we hear a knock on the door. When I opened the door, out came Todd and his boyfriend, Neil. They both held hands as they greeted me, Neil handing me a bag that was in his other hand, I smiled, took the bag, and let them in. Neil and Todd sat next to each other, close to where Larry sat.

They decided to start small conversation as I headed to my room to go grab my phone, and once I did I hear the doorbell again. Before I could open the door myself, Todd had already gotten up and opened the door. Ash smiles brightly the moment her eyes laid eyes on me, she walked up and passed me a box that I could only assume had my birthday gift. I thanked her as she sat down on the couch next to Larry, while placed the gift from both Neil and Ash next to each other in my room. The four friends started to talk about the old days, our current lives, the ups and downs of life.

Larry then remembered something so he went outside for a few minutes, and once he did, everyone started to grab a plate full of food. When he came back he was frowning while holding a bag in his hand. Everyone looked at him confused, Larry then gave me my gift and pulled me aside from everyone else. "Hey Sal, I need to ask you something.", he said with his arms crossing.  "Yeah sure, what's up?", I asked. He scratches his head and sighs, "I just ran into Travis, and he asked where your place was, but I didn't tell him and just left...Did you invite him?", Larry replied. I sighed, "Oh..I forgot to tell you all that I invited him. Sorry, but yes I invited Travis."
