Frida's POV

I'm in college and it's been heavily boring ever since we graduated and moved to different colleges. After me and Cleo broke up, things went downhill for me, and it was hard to try and reconnect with her, nor was it easy to see her move on with someone else. It ached in my heart, which is why I chose to leave to a different college the other girls went to. It pained me when that conversation happened, lots of yelling and crying happened that day, the girls felt betrayed and lied to, but I just..I didn't want to see Cleo after all that drama happened, and I wanted to focus on me and my art for now. It's almost been two years since then and I still haven't really fully found someone to love, sure I've moved on once college happened, I kinda had to, but as for getting into a new relationship..? I didn't. I was honestly too afraid to, and I was so focused on my studies that I didn't really think much of it.

And today is the beginning of summer, so I'm almost going to be a sophomore in college soon, I'm excited but also scared. Today I got a suspiciously fancy letter in the mail, so I picked it up and opened it. Inside was a note written with three different color pencils, and it was a note from Confucius! My eyes widened as I read the note out loud. "Hi Frida! I'm here to invite you to my Summer Sleepover! I'm trying to bring the old crew back together and make it an every two year get-together to catch up with each other and see what's new! I hope you do come, it'll be fun! I have a lot of rooms in my mansion, there will be lots of ice cream of different varieties, three different jacuzzi's, and two large pools (Ones deeper than the other)! P.S. please bring your own swimsuit, sunscreen (if needed), and whatever floating devices you want to use! I can take care of the rest! I hope to see you there! It's happening on Saturday, 15:00! Love, Confucius.", I read out loud, mumbling the words as I placed the paper down when I finished reading.

"Hm..should I?", I thought and decided why not. I decided to look at the time and decided it's about 2 hours from now, since I read this letter late. I got up from my chair and placed the painting I was working on away, washed my brushes and took off my apron. I tossed the apron away and got up to pick up my bag and head back to my bathroom. Once there, I sighed as I opened up my bag, taking out all the new things I made to decorate the bathroom before I placed it back into my dorm room, stripping myself as I then took a shower. I hummed a tune to one of my favorite songs as I washed off all the paint off my body. Then I dried my body with a towel as I finished showering, moving my way towards my room and opening up my closet. "What should I wear..", I thought to myself, and picked up one of the newer swim suits I have, one I haven't worn yet. It's a bit more revealing than the other ones I've worn, but hey, it's worth a shot. I put on the top, which was dark blue with pink lines on it. It felt like a bra, and it looked similar to one, but it felt very comfy.

The bottom part was similar to a male's swim wear, but it's shorter and the colors matched the top half. I smiled as I looked at myself in the mirror and sighed as I then picked up a shirt to cover myself with, out on some nice knee high socks and boots. I grabbed my bag and filled it with stuff I would need for swimming, such as sunscreen, an extra pair of clothes, a towel, and maybe some rubber duckies..I chuckled to myself as I filled the rest of my bag with stuff for my phone and then I headed out of my dorm. I picked up my keys, then locked the door behind me and hummed as I walked over to the entrance of the dormitory, whistling as I made my way towards my car. Once I got to my car I drove to Confucius's place while listening to some classic music. "Damn I hope he lives where he used to, since he didn't give a location..", I said as I thought about the note he wrote, and how badly written it was. After a while of searching for his place, I eventually found it and parked as close as I could.
