Side Chapter 10 Horror morning

Tessia Pov:

Today the second week of us attending Xyrus academy is starting. That means for the members of the DC, Lilia and me that we are living in our newly build rooms and that we can make or eat our own food. But just like when he stayed in Elenoire he did not wake up on time. Nico and Cecilia seemed to know that as well because they did not react when he didn't appear for breakfast.

"Where is Arthur? Is he ill?"

"No Kathlyn he has just a bad habit of oversleeping. Since his childhood he has always overslept. I had to literally throw out of the bed several times. He does not like waking up. That does not mean he goes to sleep early he just hates waking up."

"So who is going to get him?" Doradrea asked.

"I will. I have also some experience with waking him up."

"That is true you do have some experience waking him up. But do not make gramps get his tar and cacti."

"That never happened."

"Yeah yeah whatever let's you sleep at night."

"What are you talking about Nico?" Curtis asked.

"Well when we arrived in Elenoir we were invited to stay for some time. During the first night everything was alright. But in the morning Tess was missing. Mom and I went to wake up Arthur so that he could help us. But well what we saw made my blood freeze. And well mom called grams over. When he came a dreadful aura escaped from him. I was just happy that I wasn't the target of his anger."

"I don't get it" said Theodore.

"It is noth-" I started.

"Well we saw Tessia in Arthurs room in the same bed sleeping wrapped around each other." At that my face heated up and I could feel the stares burring inside my skull. "Of course since we were children it was not as bad and if what mom told me is true it was not the first time. Because after we found Tess she always clung to Arthur during the night. Like her knight in shining armour. Anyway, Art was punished with Virion's tar and cacti and afterwards Arthur's room had to be closed of for all times. And only three people had a key. Mom, gramps and Arthur. Of course it never happened again but here the doors are not as controlled as there so he might get punished once more."

I didn't even listen anymore. I was getting dizzy and went on my way to wake him up. On the way there memories resurfaced of me waking up inside his embrace just to see my grandfather. 'No Tess don't think about that right now. Just go and wake him up.' I was already in front of his room ready to enter when I heard something crash down. 'Is he changing? Or is there someone other inside?' Thought running through my head I opened the room. And there I saw something unbelievable.

Arthur Pov:

Waking up from my sleep more or less on time I realized something. My body felt different like something or someone is laying on top of me. Trying to get out of my bedsheet I pulled no clawed at them. Getting out of there I realized something else. I was little and the person that laid on top of me was Sylvie. She was in her fox form but looked bigger. No I was just smaller. Looking at me I realized that I had taken the form of a cat. Really a cat not a dog or at least a fox. I was a cat great. I was as big as a grown cat with white and black fur. I have manly white fur. My paws and ears as well as my end of my tail are black. My eyes are my regular gold eyes. I have to say I do look kind of cute. Just then Sylv woke up. Since she never saw me like this and I was standing in front of her she jumped up and hit me hard. I was thrown in a light artifact which felt to the ground. Still dizzy from the impact I realized too late that the door is opening. When I realized it I saw Tess standing in the middle of the room. She had her hands raised wind mana ready to be used. She relaxed when she saw no one in particular standing there until she saw me. Her eyes changed forms like hearts. She was probably thinking that I was a mana beast of mine. 'That is bad Sylv save me I don't know how to transform back right now.' Realizing who I am she looked at me quizzically. When she completely got it she looked at Tess and back to me but just nodded and laid down. 'Sylv please.'

'No brother. I have gone through the same thing. Now it is your turn.'

Knowing that I wouldn't get help from her I slowly but surly retreated but Tess came closer much much faster. "Tess it is me don't. Don't come closer." Is what I wanted to say but all I got out was some cute little kyus. Sh*t. What am I going to do. I walked backwards trying to escape. I could not use aether arts as freely as before since I have sealed my core before I have met up with Windsom. Just then I felt something. The wall I was at a place where I could not escape. Just then she grabbed me and brought me into a tight embrace. 'Is she intending to crush me?' "Kyu, kyu, kyu, kyu" was all I could say while flailing my arms or now legs around. Ut she had me in a iron grip. She took a seat and started to pet me. Trying to get er to stop I hissed and clawed at her and it worked.

"Don't you want to be petted by me? What is your name? What kind of mana beast are you?"

"Kyu" 'Damn it I can't talk to her.' I tried something out. I pointed at Sylvie and back to me.

"You and Sylvie? Are you her friend? You have to watch out her brother is very overprotective." At this Sylvie started laughing. And I shook my head.

I again pointed at Sylvie and back to me. "You and Sylvie?" Yes I nodded. Then I pointed at my eyes. "You have the same eyes indeed."

'How can't she get it?' I pointed at all the things again and then I got an idea. I created four different orbs of mana with each element in one. "You are able to control all elements? That is impressive."

'It is hopeless she does not get it. I have tried everything.' I gave up and hid my face under my paws. Just then I was grabbed once more. "Comme on dummy I already know it is you. Now come here and let me pet you." Surprised and confused I let my self be taken. "Can you talk in this form?" I shook my head. "Do you know how to transform back?" I shook it again. "Great I will take you with me down. To the others." At those words I shuddered. 'No I don't want to' "Kyyyyuuuu."

"Come on we are going down." Not able to protect myself I was dragged down.

"So where is Arthur?" Curtis asked.

"He is not feeling so good" Tess answered. But not all bought that excuse. Cecil, Lilia and Nico's eyes widened in recognition. They stiffened a laughter before erupting in full force. Not understanding why they are laughing they looked back at us.

"Who is this little guy. He looks cute. Can I hold him?" Doradrea asked. I shook my head and clung to Tess in fear of getting tortured.

"It looks like he is insecure and does not want to get close with new people. Isn't that right?"

At that I glared at her and gave a opposing Kyu as an answer. She did not care but was enjoying herself. Suddenly I was grabbed by someone else out of no where.

"Hello little one what is your name?" It was Cecil. 'Why? What? how?' I could not do anything else but to give a pleading look to Nico. Which he ignored. I am so screwed.

'The god killer itself reduced to a plushie of some noble girls. I do wish we could switch places princess.'
