Chapter 38 Accusations

Virion Pov:

That brat has really grown a lot, but what is he thinking. He is threatening the dwarven council members. Even as the prince of Elenoir he can't do that. And the way he is talking to them. I have no idea why he is so opposed to them. Have they done something to him? If yes, then I understand but it is still a bit much. He could endanger his family with such actions and he knows that.

"So where is she? I am waiting."

"We will never listen to a person that attacked the council. You people are terrorists. Mica, Olfred execute him immediately."

The two lances rushed towards me while the other four rushed at me in hopes of protecting me from the assault and since I am cuffed I couldn't use any magic or so it should have been. A creature jumped out of my shadow with his jaw wide open ready to crush the dwarven lance at once. Olfred could not evade and just used mana to strengthen and protect his body. Mica seemed to be caught of guard and couldn't do anything against me rushing towards her due to her stupor. I have already crushed the artifact in my hand and called my own binding from my dimensional rune. I put it over her core and ended the fight with that. Olfred meanwhile was fighting against Ombrage and he was winning. But only close. Ombrage knew that I did not want to hurt anyone in here so he held back while Olfred was going all out. Since I could heal him and was curious who would win I created a barrier around them. The others were shocked at my actions and protested. Why am I doing this. Do I want to kill my bond? Do I want to attack the lance. Why I am here and so on.

"So could you get Cynthia right now we have to talk. Pleeaaassseeee?"

"You know that you are no little child anymore and that acting like this won't work."

"I know but I need her here. She is also a part of this and has done much for Dicathen after betraying Alacrya and siding with us. Why do you think she has created Xyrus academy."

"And you also need to apologise to her."

"Yes that too gramps."

We watched how Ombrage was using his speel and shadows to fight Olfred while he was attacking with gravity to slow him and magma to hurt him. It did work since both were worn out and hurt so that no one would be a danger to anyone else. I deactivated the barrier and burst stepped next to Olfred and knocked him out in an instant after that I went closer to Ombrage and stroked him to console and congratulate him for his growth. Of course I did not wait and healed him right there. He started purring like a cat and pushed his snout at me trying to saver the moment as much as possible. Meanwhile the guards did not know what to do.

"So where is she?"

"Get her already here."

"Thanks gramps. And don't worry I will explain everything when she is here."

Cynthia was brought here with a mana suppression artifact which fell into two perfect halves when she entered. Looking at Arthur who was storing his sword in the ring he is always carrying with himself it was clear who did it. The dwarven lances were freed from their restrains but if they were knocked out they still were in that state.

"Now that we are all here please listen to me. First I have to apologise to you Cynthia. I used you as bait since I knew you are alacryan. But before you are getting to worked up I have several reasons why I did that. The first reason is because you are alacryan if you were found out during the war then it would have become more difficult for me to vouch for you. So I decided to get the truth out and tell everyone since you can't do it yourself. And for the others she has a curse on her and can't say a thing about Alacrya without dying. Therefore I thought it would be better for all of you to know that and just trust her."
