We change into fake alarm system company uniforms, I look down at it waiting for Dean to start complaining. He parks the car across Meredith's apartment "You know, I've gotta say Dad and me did just fine without these stupid costumes. I feel like a high school drama dork. What was that play that you did? What was it – Our Town. Yeah, you were good, it was cute." Dean starts complaining and tries to turn it around on Sam with a sly smile on his face "and you Reg, weren't you the school production of Grease?" Dean asks "yes I was, I played Sandy, I loved every moment of that" I say with a proud smile "still my all time favourite" I admit, I look at Dean "what did your comment backfire big boy?" I ask "why do you keep calling him that?" Sam asks, I frown unsure of where I picked up the nickname, while Dean looks smug "I wish I knew" I reply truthfully "anyways that's not the point, this is stupid" Dean complains again "Look, you wanna pull this off or not?" Sam asks

"I'm just sayin', these outfits cost hard-earned money, okay?" Dean carries on "Whose?" Sam questions "Ours. You think credit card fraud is easy?" Dean fights back, I laugh at the two. We get to the apartment "hi we are from the alarm system company, we're here to check the cause of the malfunction" Sam says to, I'm assuming, the landlady "Do you need three people to do this?" She asks "oh, I'm a trainee" I say showing my little badge "just joining in to understand my new job" I continue "Thanks for lettin' us look around." Sam butts in "Well, the police said they were done with the place, so. You guys said you were with the alarm company?" She asks, we look at the spots of blood covering the carpet, Dean finally joins us "that's right" Dean replies "Well, no offense, but your alarm's about as useful as boobs on a man" she says, I try not to laugh at the comment

"Well, that's why we're here. To see what went wrong and stop it from happening again" Dean replies "Now, ma'am, you found the body?" Sam asks "Yeah." She replies "Right after it happened?" I ask "No. Few days later. Meredith's work called—she hadn't shown up. I knocked on the door. That's when I noticed the smell." She explains "Any windows open? Any sign of break-in?" I ask "No, windows were locked, front door was bolted. Chain was on the door, we had to cut it just to get in." the landlady continues "And the alarm was still on?" Dean asks "Like I said, bang-up job your company's doin'" she replies "Mmhmm. You see any overturned furniture, broken glass, signs of struggle" Dean asks and the landlady shakes her head

"Everything was in perfect condition—except Meredith." She replies "And what condition was Meredith in?" Sam asks "Meredith was all over. In pieces. The guy who killed her must have been some kind of a whackjob. But I tell you, if I didn't know any better, I'd have said a wild animal did it" the landlady explains, the three of us share a look "Ma'am, do you mind if we take some time? Give this place a once-over?" Sam asks "Oh, well, go right ahead. Knock yourself out." The landlady replies, she walks away and Dean goes to his toolbox to get the EMF "So, a killer walks in and out of the apartment—no weapons, no prints, nothin'." Dean says "yeah that's definitely weird" I say walking around

"I'm tellin' ya, the minute I found that article, I knew this was our kind of gig." Sam replies when the EMF that's beeping like crazy "I think I agree with you." Dean replies "Dean didn't you go speak to the cops?" I ask "Uh, yeah. I spoke to Amy, a, uh, charming, perky officer of the law." Dean reminisces with a smirk on his face, I raise an eyebrow at him "Yeah? What'd you find out?" Sam asks "Well, she's a Sagittarius. She loves tequila, I mean—wow. Oh, and she's got this little tattoo—"  Dean replies dreamily, I roll my eyes at him "Dean!" Sam calls him out "What? Yeah. Uh, nothin' we don't already know. Except for one thing they're keepin' out of the papers." Dean finally replies "something outside of Sergeant Sagittarius' body?" I ask with an attitude, Dean frowns slightly "Meredith's heart was missing." He replies "Her heart?" Sam asks stunned

"Yeah. Her heart." Dean repeats "So, what do you think did it to her?" Sam asks "sounds like a werewolf to me" I say "No, no werewolf, the lunar cycle's not right. Plus, if it was a creature, it would've left some kind of trace. It's probably a spirit." Sam replies, I shrug, Dean is looking at the print of blood on the carpet "See if you can find any masking tape around." Dean says, we look around trying to find the masking tape and once we do Dean starts connecting the blood spots together creating a symbol "Ever see that symbol before?" Sam asks "Never." Dean says "Me neither" Sam replies, they look at me and I shrug "I don't know we see a lot of symbols" I reply "im going to go around town, you two go to the bar Meredith worked at and ask around. I'll meet you there later" Sam says, we nod

I have been sitting at this table watching Dean flirt with that bartender for hours, he glanced back at me but I look away. You want to play it that way Winchester? Then fine, I can play that game too. I see a very attractive guy sitting in a corner by himself, I look at him and he turns to look at me too, I smile and wave. He waves me over, I get up and sit next to him "hi" he says "hey" he replies with a smirk "what are your intentions with me?" I compel him "I really want to kiss you right now" he replies "good, you should" I say, he smirks and leans in kissing me softly at first before deepening the kiss. I feel someone tap my shoulder and I pull away looking back, Sam is standing there with his arms crossed over his chest and Dean well is looking uncomfortable as he balls up a piece of paper in his fist "what?" I ask "we're working and you're looking for clues in his mouth?" Sam asks "you're not going find anything there Regina" Dean speaks up

I roll my eyes and get up "fine tell me what you know"
