Dandelions
"Ay! Putangina!"
Napatalon ako sa gulat nang may biglang umakbay sa akin.
"Sky!" Ngumisi siya at kinuha ang aking bag para isakbit sa balikat niya.
"Your mouth, nasasanay ka" may babalang boses niya! Bakit ba?! Eh siya nga sobra din kung magmura, English lang ang kanya kaya hindi masakit sa tenga na pakinggan!
"Bakit ka nandito? Diba sabi ko na huwag kang susunod! Ang unfair mo kay TJ." I scolded him. Nagkibit balikat lang ito at iginiya ako sa paglalakad.
"Sky naman! Diba napag-usapan na natin ito? Don't play dirty, patas na lumalaban yung tao e." I seriously said and I stopped him from walking.
"I warned you, aren't you afraid?" I added and stared at him.
He smirked. "Why would I feel afraid? Knowing the fact that I'm the one you love. And telling me to stop courting you won't work, because I'll never stop."
I sighed because he was damn right!
"Stop pulling that card! Hindi pa rin talaga fair! Don't be like that"
He deeply breathed. "Okay, I'm sorry. I was just worried that you were walking alone in this hallway. I'll be fair next time" He smiled at me.
"Come on" anyaya niya.
"Mag promise ka muna" Tanggi ko sa paanyaya niya. Hindi talaga ako natutuwa sa ginagawa niya. Palagi na lang, dapat ay hindi niya dinadaya ang isa.
"That's childish, I won't do that" he pushed his hair backwards.
"Pa ulit-ulit na lang kasi ang sinasabi mo na next time, Sky. Alam kong gagawin mo pa rin ito. Just promise me." May 20 minutes pa naman bago magsimula ang una kong subject ngayong araw kaya hindi ako nagmamadali.
"Why don't you just tell him to stop? He's setting his hopes high." I can say that he's irritated already because he started massaging the bridge of his nose like what he always does.
"Titigil lang siya kapag ayaw na niya. He explained that to me and I'm not showing mixed signals to him. I was just nice because he is nice to me too." I said hoping that he'll understand.
"What about us? Hangga't hindi siya tumitigil walang magyayari sa relasyon natin? I'll be stuck being your suitor? Is that it?" The veins on his hands were showing.
"Hindi ka na ba makapaghihintay?" Medyo naiinis na din ako. Para kasing gusto niyang madaliin. Ayaw ko ng ganun, hindi naman porke 't patay na patay ako sa kanya ay susunggaban ko na lang siya.
"No, that's not what I meant. Yes, I'll wait no matter how long. Basta ikaw." He reached my hands and gently caressed it.
"I'm sorry for that, love. I'm just pressured. I was afraid that you would eventually fall for him in the process." Masuyo na pahayag niya.
"How? If in the first place, it's already you. You're the one who I fell in love with" I cupped his cheeks and caressed it using my thumbs.
