On the drive home from lunch I tried to convince Harry to drop me off at my place, but he insisted I couldn't possibly go home.

"Nope, you left your things at my house," he reasoned poorly.

"Well I can pick them up when I drop off your clothes." I said tugging on the sleeve of the sweater he had loaned me.

"It will still be a couple of days before you're back to normal. Doctor's orders," he said, attempting a different angle to get me to stay.

"So, Dr. Styles, when exactly will I be released from your care?," I played along, knowing it would amuse him.

"Hmm, well certainly not before a thorough physical examination," he said in a deep tone that I felt in my core. Without taking his eyes off the road, he placed his right hand on my left knee and gave it two small squeezes before resting his hand on my leg. I took comfort in his touch, and I couldn't help but think he felt the same way, and that's why he made the gesture.

I had only just met Harry a little over twelve hours ago, but it felt like he had always been there. Like I had never known life without him. He had a way of making me feel safe, comfortable, giddy, and turned on all at the same time. I couldn't help but wonder how Harry felt.

"Liv...," Harry said getting my attention. I turned to him, his eyes still focused on the road. I watched his lips, waiting for him to speak again. "Not to be rude, but, I'm really glad you're concussed."

"Excuse me?"

"I just mean, I'm glad we met. And I'm shit at pick up lines, so the concussion really worked in my favor." He turned and smiled at me, his eyes soft and sincere.

"Well I don't think I'm really concussed anymore, but I'm glad you took advantage of my impaired mental state and poor judgement," I teased. "I know I've said it already, but thank you for everything."

We pulled into his driveway and Harry put the car into park. We both unbuckled out seat belts, but neither of us made any attempt to move from the seats.

"I wonder if you'll like me just as much after the fog in your head clears."

"You've cleared my head Harry." I said honestly.

Needing to touch him, I climbed across the center console and straddled Harry's lap. My hands found a place tangled in his hair as I leaned in and kissed him. Harry's hands moved to either side of my hips and he pulled me closer, deepening his kiss. What was it about Harry that kept me from holding back? I always seemed to be saying things that I meant to keep in my head and doing things without question. Maybe it was the concussion, but I had a feeling it was him.

Our kisses turned to tongue and our heavy breathing turned to a pant, sucking in what air we could without separating from the other's lips. I shifted my legs as we kissed, accidentally kicking the seat recline lever. It sent Harry's seat back to a full recline with a thud, both of us jolting back with it and his hat getting lost somewhere behind him. I felt Harry smile into my mouth, not wanting to break away for a moment. His hands rose from my hips and moved up my body. They felt warm against my skin as they made a new home underneath my borrowed sweater. I welcomed his moan into my mouth at the feel of my bare skin against his own.

I felt the effect of my kiss grow between my legs where Harry began to harden beneath his jeans. I released a long breathy moan at the feeling. Desperate to get even closer to him I grabbed the bottom hem of his tee shirt and tugged, letting him know I wanted it off. He broke his kiss only for a moment to bring us to a seated position so I could remove his shirt. I lifted it over his head and tossed it somewhere in the back seat. Still seated, Harry reached to remove my top as well. His large hands moved hurriedly to complete the task. He tossed it aside to the passenger seat.
