Oki oki, this was an authors note but I didn't want to keep that in the book so it's a chapter now :)

:(: 3rd POV :):

“ We’re taking Y/n out of U.A. Permanently.” The words that left Masaru’s mouth were shaky and hesitant. Scared of reaching the teens’ ears as both of his children had off putting changes in demeanor.

Silence was all there was, the tension too thick for anyone to break. Or want to break for that matter. Shivers were sent up the their spines as reality sunk in. Denki looked down at his hand interlaced with Y/n’s, Katsuki turned to look at his sister, his eyes held nothing but impatientence mixed with curiousity.

Y/n stared blankly at the ceiling, not a single thing changed, her soft features remained in the slight smile she wore before fading into her resting face. Not an inch of movement was made by her afterward. No shred of emotion.

“ Y/n, we know this upsets you but you have to hear us out. This is-”

“ For your own good.” Y/n finished her Moms sentence. “ I know, but do I really know?” Y/n e/c orbs dripped with tears as they started to fall, running down her cheeks and neck.

“ You’re not upset?” Masaru’s face flashed a small look of hope, thinking that this conversation would go smoother than intended.

The boys sitting next to her felt the heat and chill radiating off of Y/ns body, the malice leaving her lips going undetected by her parents. A dangerous combination. They both unattached themselves from her and exited the room, knowing that this conversation was not meant to be heard by them. It was going to explode at any time and they didn’t want to be there for it.

“ No, I’m not upset,” Y/n began to over enunciate her words, much like the raging woman who was dragged out of the building. “ I’m more than upset. Is that the best word you could think of? Upset?” Y/n stared her adopted parents down, still sitting up in the hospital bed. Aizawa and Nezu flinched at her raising tone.

“ Y/n, listen, this is for the better. You’re at risk here, it’s safer at home, with us.” Mitsuki tried to reason with her daughter.

“ I’m at risk, of course I’m at risk. This is a hero school! What else do you expect? Mom, you can’t do this, I’ve come so far, you can’t take this away from me!” Y/n squeezed her eyes shut, tears leaking through as her fists clenched, her nails digging into her palms.

“ Do you know how hard I’ve worked, I’m comfortable here and now you’re changing it up on me, again. You can’t! You won’t! I’m not leaving, you can’t make me! You won’t make me!” She cried, sobs leaving her lips.

The hopes she had talked about only moments ago were wiped from her memory, knowing that they would never come true. The dreadful thoughts eruppted through the light, apprehension and anxiety, hate and regret. All of the dark cracked through before devouring all that she had left.

Mitsuki and Masaru’s hearts were ripped to shreds as they listened to their daughter break. “ My love, we know this is going to be hard, more than hard, but you have to know that this is for your safety. This decision was made with only you in mind.” Mitsuki attempted to calm Y/n down again.

“ And what about Katsuki?” Y/n voice cracked.

“ He’ll… Katsuki is going to stay here.” Mistuki hesitated, knowing that it will only make Y/n more agitated.

Aizawa and Nezu glanced at each other. Nezu’s small ears flattened down as he had never heard the strong, independent girl he knew break down. Aizawa’s brows were fourrowed, recalling the only time he heard her cry, when she finally escaped from the LOV and was missing for four days. It wasn’t the same. Y/n’s sobs were full of relief and exhaustion, these screams were full of resentment, hatred, loathing even. It shook him down to the core.
