Summary: The reader catches the eye of Gahyeon at a Dreamcatcher concert on tour, after which they run into each other by chance.

You had been a fan of Lee Gahyeon's spunky, feisty demeanor for as long as you'd been a fan of Dreamcatcher as a whole. The way that she balanced her sweet charm with assertive attitude never failed to make you fall that much more in love with her. She appealed to each facet of you, she brought out the best of every side. She just made you happy, and thereby complete.

It was your first time seeing the group in person, and you were over the moon welcoming the girls to your hometown. To add to your happiness, you were showing around a fellow Dreamcatcher fan whom you'd made friends with. She was staying in a hotel nearby so that she could tour your city after attending the concert with you.

As it turned out, it was nice to have company on such an occasion. Waiting in line was made bearable by excited chitchat, and getting into the venue was easier with a second person helping to navigate.

You were in the front row, a blessing you weren't taking for granted. You had seen enough video clips on social media to know that you were about to be in for a real treat, being in such a prime spot. But nothing in the world could have ever prepared you for seeing Gahyeon up so close.

Out of all the scenarios you'd imagined about the concert since the day you bought the tickets, the last thing you could have ever predicted would be her dancing with you in the audience. Yet that was exactly what she was doing, to the shock of you and everyone around you.

She had giggled and shook her shoulders the whole way down your row, but the beautiful blonde had stopped in front of you; her swingy ponytails bobbing sassily, giant grin sparkling, and soft hands grasping yours.

The song playing was Can't Get You Out Of My Mind, a personal favorite of yours. You'd have to thank your lucky stars for that later, as you couldn't focus on anything but Gahyeon encouraging your frozen self to sway with her. She was clearly taking advantage of the fact that you were shell-shocked, and she seemed quite amused by it to boot.

But the moment was over with all too soon. Already, she was letting go of your grasp and blowing a kiss. Your own hands were stuck in midair, your mouth parted like an idiot. You couldn't bring yourself to care, that was, if you would have even noticed such a thing.

Reality slowly set in and let them fall, anyway, as you watched her bound up the stairs to the stage. Her sweet little schoolgirl uniform didn't look so innocent from that angle.

You shook your head a little as you zoned back in fully, your face burning red. You were already mentally cursing yourself for letting your thoughts roll into the gutter after such a sweet moment.

That was, until you looked back up at the stage again to see Gahyeon grinning back at you. Her nose crinkled as she bent her knees, dropping nearly to your eye level again. It was her turn to sing a line, and her angelic voice seemed to pierce your very soul as she sang.

It seemed that her prose was meant solely for you, but your mind didn't let the lyrics sink in the way they usually did, because she was holding up half of a heart with her hand. A shove in the shoulder from your friend knocked you out of your daze long enough to complete it.

With that, Gahyeon giggled and bounded away, satisfied.

When had you become such a fool for her?

You had always prided yourself on being and looking tough. Surely the chains on your all-black ensemble should have been working to upkeep that front – if you hadn't been grasping them with shaking hands, in desperate need of an outlet for your giddiness that was not a girlish shriek.
