Emma pulled the covers over her face to block out the morning sunlight. She heard Damon let out a small laugh at her.

"Sunlight bothering you?" He cuddled into her.

Emma pulled the blanket back down and hissed when the sun hit her, mocking Damon.

Damon pretended to be offended, "I do not sound like that."

Emma quit hissing and laughed, "You kinda do. Especially when you go all vampy."

Damon bared his fangs and let out a low growl as he lunged playfully toward Emma's neck. Emma held him back and pushed him to the side as she laughed. Damon pulled her into his chest and into a deep passionate kiss before he began to trail kisses down her jawline and neck.

"I've always wondered what you taste like," Damon hummed, "I don't remember the one time that I did bite you."

Emma thought for a moment, "So...go ahead and taste."

Damon looked up at her, reading her face, "At least this time when you ask I know that you're not under some weird spell, but are you sure?"

Emma pushed her hair away from her neck and nodded, reassuring him that it was okay, "Yeah."

Hesitantly Damon kissed her again, pressing his body against her and letting his hands roam her body tenderly. He moved to her neck and gently let his lips graze against her skin, leaving a small tingling feeling behind where he had touched her, it felt electric to Emma. She let out a soft sigh as Damon extended his fangs, and with more care than he had ever shown anyone, he gently bit into her neck. Emma sharply gasped at first but slowly relaxed into his arms as he took a long drink from her, letting the taste and aroma wash over him. Before he allowed himself to lose control, Damon released her.

"I love you," he whispered, bringing her lips to his.

She could taste a small bit of the metallic from her blood on his lips.

Emma ran her fingers over where the puncture marks should have been, they were already healed over, "I love you too. How did I taste?"

Damon smirked, "Delicious, everything about you is absolutely delicious."

Emma pulled him into another kiss, letting him explore her breast with his hands. His lips began trailing kisses softly on her collar bone.

Just as Damon was reaching up and putting his hand gently around her neck to push Emma back into the pillow, Elena burst into their room, looking panicked.

"What the hell Elena!" Emma yelled as she pulled the sheet up to cover herself, "Knock! Better yet, go back to Whitmore."
Damon sighed and rubbed his face, already regretting his decision to bring Elena back from college to deal with her brother, "What do you want?"

"I had a dream about Stefan," she informed them.

"Congratulations? Maybe now you can back the hell up off of my boyfriend," Emma said bitterly.

"Em," Damon said softly with a slight annoyance in his voice before he turned back to Elena, "what does your psychic connection to my brother have to say this time?"

"It was more than just a pit in my stomach this time, though. It was real. It was like I was there with him," Elena looked worried.

"I don't want to hear a play-by-play," Emma grumbled.

Elena continued talking, "It was just so vivid. I saw Stefan walking out of this bar. It had a red awning and this broken neon sign, and he was screaming in pain."

"Well, should I go check in the attic, see if there's a crystal ball? Maybe you can conjure up an address," Damon smirked as he got up.

Katherine joined them, "Route twenty-nine, Joe's Bar. I think I had the same dream."
