Chapter 66

Opening her tired eyes, Ava quickly feel the difference in the bed she was sleeping on. The fear of Samuel finding her out, she instantly sit up looking at the familiar room once she used.

" No way," She whisper walking out the room screaming,
" Sebastian, "

" I'm in the kitchen, " He responded yelling back.

Ava runs to the open kitchen to attack on her mate shouting,
" You smuggled me to New York,"

Sebastian quickly took hold of Ava's hand and twisted behind her back while pulling her towards him.

" Isn't it romantic?" He mocked while Ava tried to break free.

" Why can't you send me back to pack?" She asked with tear filling her eyes.

" Why would I send you to a future graveyard?" Sebastian question caressing her face.

" Please, don't kill my pack. Whatever my parents did... Settle the score with them," Ava begged expecting Sebastian would agree but to her shock he said,

" A life for a life. A pack for a pack, babe," He released her and continue to cook.

"Take a quick wash and come to have your meal," He ordered while Ava looked at version of Sebastian she never knew.

He looked at her with a challenge making her to obey. As Ava walked to her room, Sebastian informs her,

" The house is under my spell so don't brother trying to escape,"

" I will escape," Ava promised to herself as she went to the room. She search every corner to find something that will help her contact with her pack.

" Ava, you fifteen minutes or I will join with you for a wash," Sebastian shouted from the kitchen hearing the noises Ava tried to hide.

Ava paused her search and went for a quick wash. She noticed the locks on the bathroom isn't there anymore. After the wash, she went to the closet to find expensive, luxurious, sophisticated clothes for her.

" It's filled with blood," Ava muttered and hesitately select a lounge wear as she didn't had any choice.

Sebastian already arranged the table when Ava joined him. Smelling the juicy steak, Ava's mouth water and she snarled at Sebastian.

" I won't be fooled by this food,"

" Of course, I know, babe," Sebastian chuckled as he find it hilarious Ava hiding her love for food.

" How long will I be here?" She asked after having few bites.

" Well, given the history we have in this house. Forever," Sebastian answered after drinking the water.

" I know you are dying to ask more question so ask," Sebastian muttered.

" Can't you just forget everything and let me call my family?" Ava question made Sebastian to laugh.

" I don't have much remember memories of my Mom, grandparents. But I do remember a memory so clear like it happen yesterday. My family being killed by yours and why? Do you even know why it happened?" Ava nodded her head saying,

" So Uncle Chris can become the Alpha and not his sister,"

" Wrong answer, Babe. You parents followed the former council's order because they had a prediction. A prediction that former council members being killed for their corruption. Can you guess by whom?" Sebastian leans forward excited to her Ava's guess.

" Late Alpha Nick," Sebastian shake his head and gesture with his hand to continue guessing.

" Your Dad?" Ava guessed in disbelief low tone.

" No, it's Ace. Do you know why he will be able to kill him?" Ava shake her head.

" Because he was meant to be strong werewolf. Even equal to the King. And trust me, Ace is getting stronger than the King himself, " Sebastian reveal eating his meal as if he didn't disclose vital information.

" How can you be sure he is getting stronger than the King?" Ava ask getting scared of Ace now.

" We have our ways, Babe," Sebastian mumbled with his mouth full.

" Are you really going to kill everyone in my pack? Can't you spare some lives?" Ava asked again looking at her food unable bear looking at her mate.

" The people who swore their loyalty to Ace. They will live... I think around hundreds of members," Ava looked up at her mate in disbelief hearing hundreds traitors are there inside the pack right now.

" Why did they pledge their loyalty to Ace?" Ava question trying to think of possibility which she couldn't.

" I know hundreds of members are huge because it's the first time for me as well. But that's the consequences of those murderers' actions," Sebastian answered with honestly.

" But my parents were nice and justice with everyone, " Ava objected remembering her time in the pack.

" That was an act," Sebastian muttered continue to eat with ease while Ava lost her appetite.

" You are not lying to me, right?" Ava asked pushing her plate away.

" Finish your meal and I will give proofs for what I said," Sebastian assured pushing the plate back to her.

With difficulties, Ava eats her meal missing Aston the most because he is her protector. She started to regretting her decision to break their bond or otherwise he could have find her using their bond.

In the same time, Aston remember  Ava but hides his concerns with fake smiles. As the pack members were giving him for becoming the Alpha of Holwer Pack.

He wraps his arms around Luna Anna pulling her to his side. He leans to whisper in her ears,
" Red suits you,"

" Really, I thought you didn't like red on Ava," She whispered back normally.

" You are not her," He said to which she nodded in agreement.

" Of course, but we do share a face, skin, height and hair. So what's looks bad on her than it goes same to me," Anna spoke in the matter of fact tone.

" That's not true, your personalities are different that kinda makes different styles of dressing looks different on you two," Alpha Aston explained carefully.

" I really miss her,"Luna Anna confessed looking at the half moon in the sky.

" Same," Alpha Aston muttered.
