The news of the invisible wall surrounding the Holwer Pack shocked the American Council and the Royal Pack. They were quick to send specialised witches and wizards and the councilwoman, Sabrina arrived at the pack through the underground tunnels.
" Good evening, Alpha Aston and Luna Anna," Sabrina greeted them with a lovely aura relaxing the werewolves around her.
" Good evening, Mrs. Sabrina. Thank you for coming to help break the wall," Alpha Aston said and led the way to the border.
Reaching the border, Sabrina and the specialised team check the wall by touching it.
" It's a strong wall, Alpha. It will take time breaking this," Sabrina noted looking back at Alpha Aston and Luna Anna.
" Can you estimate how many days it will take?" Luna Anna questioned.
" I can say after running some tests, Luna Anna," Sabrina answered while the specialised team started to work to inspect the intensity and height of the wall.
Then Sabrina and the specialized team focus on the work that Alpha Aston and Luna Anna left for the pack house.
" I told the pack the wall will vanish tonight," Luna Anna spoke grumpily.
" Why?" Alpha Aston whined thinking about the possible problems that would arise because of Luna Anna's statement.
" People wanted to hear the result and not the process so I lied," Luna Anna answered looking down at her feet.
" I will take care of it," Alpha Aston muttered making Luna Anna look at him.
" I caused it so I will take care of it," Luna Anna muttered.
" It doesn't matter. As an Alpha...," Luna Anna interrupted Alpha Aston saying,
" It does matter... I don't need your help,"
Luna Anna walked faster leaving Alpha Aston behind. He reminded her saying,
" We going to rehab together... In my car, Anna,"
" I know," Luna Anna shouted back.
Today, imposter Sophia was transferred to the pack rehab. Because of that, Beta Liam will stay at the rehab to complete formal paperwork and to be with Sophia.
Luna Anna and Female Gamma Chloe planned on visiting imposter Sophia today. Their mates agreed to visit as well after learning about their plans.
Reaching the road, where Alpha Aston parked his car sideways. Without saying a word, Luna Anna opened the door to sit and wait for Alpha Aston to come.
Alpha Aston started the engine while Luna Anna looked outside the window thinking about the wall and the impacts of it.
" Is this a way for Unknown to attack us?" Luna Anna questioned looking at her mate.
" I think he did this to find out about our underground passages," Alpha Aston shared his opinion making Luna Anna lean towards him.
" So we are falling into his trap," Luna Anna commented.
" Temporarily... Even though he gets to know about one or two passages, we still have an advantage since we have hundreds of complex interlinked passages that only we know about," Alpha Aston assured placing his hand on Luna Anna's thigh.
Luna Anna shook off his hand feeling awkward and snorted,
" Just because we kiss that doesn't mean we are a normal couple,"
" Moon... How long will it take you to understand it's okay if we become a couple given our history?" Alpha Aston whined making his wolf bark in agreement.
" Not anytime soon for sure," Luna Anna muttered crossing her legs.
" Don't keep your hope high on us," Luna Anna spoke again with a low tone making Alpha Aston chuckle.
" On your eighteenth birthday, we will complete our mating process, Anna," Alpha Aston mumbled making Luna Anna speechless at first.
" You have lost your mind," Luna Anna screeched making Alpha Aston flinch.
" Don't shout, Anna," Alpha Aston barked.
" Why would you even say that?" She asked feeling her face heat up with embarrassment.
" What did I say?" Alpha Aston asked cluelessly.
" You will complete the mating process on my eighteenth birthday," She answered glaring at Alpha Aston who didn't realise he said that loudly till now.
" I didn't say that," He lied avoiding looking at Luna Anna.
" What did you say then?" Luna Anna snorted making Alpha Aston blurt out the first thing that came to his mind,
" We will be attending Alice's party as a couple,"
" Seriously?" Luna Anna frowned.
" Yeah," He spoke with confidence making Luna Anna so irritable that she dropped the topic.
They stayed silent the rest of the way. Luna Anna stepped out of the car ignoring Alpha Aston completely.
" Chloe," Luna Anna called out to her friend who already entered the lift.
Hearing Luna Anna's voice, Gamma Oliver was quick to press the button to let the door open till Luna Anna and Alpha Aston stepped in.
" On what floor Liam told us to come?" Luna Anna asked Female Gamma Chloe who also started to remember.
" It's the third floor," Gamma Oliver reminded.
As the lift door opened, they walked away and they were quick to find Beta Liam through his scent.
Sensing his friends around, Beta Liam looked in their direction with immense sadness.
" Liam, What happened? Is Sopfia okay?" Luna Anna asked in concern.
" When Sophia was brought here. They ran some tests on her and this is the results," Beta Liam handed the envelope unable to say the problem.
" What kind of tests?" Alpha Aston asks as he opens the envelope while the other leans back.
" As per the procedure, they ran magic detect tests," Beta Liam choked with tears as others looked at the photographs of imposter Sophia.
The photograph wasn't clear as it was taken in night vision mode. Imposter Sophia is sitting on the chair with her features unrecognisable as there is a cover of white air on her.
" What's the white...thing?" Luna Anna asked while Alpha Aston understood the meaning.
" Sophia has a spirit attached to her and it isn't her wolf spirit," Alpha Aston announced.
