Alpha Aston, Luna Anna, Beta Liam, Gamma Oliver, Female Gamma Chloe and all the Epsilon stand in the passage route waiting for Ava to return.
The sight of lights coming from the darkness made everyone smile in anticipation. The black jeep stopped in front of them and Ava quickly ran outside the jeep.
Seeing Alpha Aston first, Ava jumped on him with a hug crying. Luna Anna's genuine smile turns into a tight smile seeing the closeness of Alpha Aston and Ava. She remembered all the memories the three of them shared where Alpha Aston and Ava were always together like one person.
" Ava," Epsilon Katie called out to her daughter pulling her for a hug. This made Luna Anna halt her thoughts and celebrate her twin's return.
Luna Anna hugged her sister vanishing her previous thoughts and jealously.
" Did he ever hurt you?" Epsilon Katie asked Ava to which she shook her head.
" Where did he keep you?" Luna Anna questioned but before Ava could say. Alpha Aston interfered saying,
" Let's celebrate Ava's return then we can ask questions, Luna,"
Everyone walked out of the passage while Ava questioned,
" Why was I brought through underground?"
" I will tell you everything later, sweetie," Epsilon Katie responded tightening her grip on Ava protectively.
Alpha Aston went directly to his Alpha Office calling his dad.
" Dad, where are you?" Alpha Aston directly asked once the call was answered.
" I'm in the hospital under the council's care. Don't worry, I'm fine," Epsilon Chris answered.
" What? Why wasn't I informed about this? Where's Uncle Ben? Is he injured?" Alpha Aston barked question after question.
" We are fine, Aston. We just had minor injuries. They didn't put much fight," Epsilon Chris answered and later informed,
" I guess they were mind-linked to escape by the Alpha or Beta,"
" Or they are getting ready to attack our pack," Alpha Aston pointed out a possibility.
" Then protect the pack like an Alpha you are," Epsilon Chris advised.
" Okay, when will you come back?" Alpha Aston asked rubbing his eyes.
" Ben and I will be discharged by morning," Epsilon Chris answered while drinking water.
" I will send the bodyguards for you two," Alpha Aston announced.
" Aston, we don't need guards, " Epsilon Chris objected but Alpha Aston didn't listen and said,
" As an Alpha, you should listen to me, Dad,"
" Okay, alpha," Epsilon Chris rolled his eyes knowing he couldn't argue with his son like before.
The Alpha Office's door knocked making Alpha Aston say,
" Take care, Dad,"
" I will, bye," Epsilon Chris responded cutting the call.
" Come in," Alpha Aston ordered as he sat on his chair.
Luna Anna walked in with three grown men in their twenties along with a make-up kit box.
Alpha Aston narrowed his eyes in suspicion while Luna Anna explained her visit.
" Since I won the race... I order you to have a haircut, medi-pedi...and a surprise I will reveal at last,"
" I can't say no to this at all," Alpha Aston chuckled still wary about the surprise.
The three men arrange a chair in the middle of the Office while setting the box on the table.
" Do I have to select a haircut?" Alpha Aston asked looking at a smiling Luna Anna with affection.
" Nope," Luna Anna responded as the hairdresser started to cut Alpha Aston's hair while another man started the medi-pedi.
Feeling relaxed after a tiring day, Alpha Aston started to feel drowsy.
" Don't sleep, Aston. You will ruin your hair," Luna Anna warned handing a box to one of the men.
" I won't... Are you going to colour my hair?" Alpha Aston questions the man who is obligated to answer him.
" Yes, Alpha,"
" What? You badly need a new look," Luna Anna reasoned.
" Where did you get that box?" Alpha Aston question.
" I brought it when I escaped then... I didn't need so I had to make it useful," Luna Anna answered.
" By colouring my hair," Alpha Aston muttered starting to regret his decision.
" Absolutely, " Luna Anna laughed loudly making Alpha Aston's heart beat faster.
" Mom texted me. I have to go... Don't break the rule," Luna Anna warned pointing her finger at Alpha Aston.
Alpha Aston surrendered his arms and said,
" I won't,"
Luna Anna then left the Office with a victory smile. She went to the Beta Floor where pack members crowded to meet Ava.
" Listen, Ava wants to spend time with her family and tonight at BarBQ she will meet you all," Luna Anna's grandma, Epsilon Linda announced making pack members leave.
As Luna Anna reached Epsilon Lina, she asked her,
" Where have you been, Anna?"
" I was with Aston," Luna Anna answered as they walked towards Ava's room together.
" As a mate, you should look after him. It's evident he doesn't look after him," Epsilon Linda suggested.
" Don't worry, Nanna. I'm taking care of him now," Luna Anna responded with a smirk.
When they reached Ava's room, they saw Epsilon Katie crying with Ava.
" Ava, you are back home and we will make sure you will be safe here," Epsilon Katie mumbled.
"I'm not worried about me, Mom. But I'm scared for you all," Ava mumbled with a low throat.
" Ava, you shouldn't be scared for us. Our pack will defeat Unknown," Epsilon Linda muttered sitting next to Ava.
" Sebastian is strong and Ace... He is stronger than the King," Ava points out and Luna Anna quickly objects.
" Ava, are you saying this because Sebastian told you this?"
" No... While I was being brought here... I saw the picture of the Sunshinner Queen being passed among the team...," Ava looked at the three family members who were waiting for Ava to continue.
" The Queen of Sunshinners is none other than Ace's mate," Ava revealed making three women to gasped in shock.
