Running with ball towards the goal, Alpha Aston catch up behind Luna Anna. Smelling her scent so near Alpha Aston forgot about the ball. Before he could hold her, Luna Anna score a goal shouting in victory along with her team mates sobering Alpha Aston from mate bond affect.

Unaware Luna Anna walked away from Alpha Aston to the batch drinking water from her bottle.

Captain Victoria comes behind Luna Anna hugging her and says,

" You should be near Alpha Aston during the Final Match to keep him distracted,"

" How can I keep him distracted from the ball?" Anna asked in clueless.

" By matebond like today," Captain Victoria answer in matter of fact and Anna was quick to hide hurt she felt.

" Or it could be because we played well today," Anna points out but Victoria shakes her head.

" I will send you todays match recording and you could see Alpha Aston get oblivious when you are near him," Captain Victoria said walking to her sport bag to drink water while Luna Anna walks to the locker room.

Captain Victoria's words kept on playing on Luna Anna's mind making it more unbelievable for Luna Anna.

Alpha Aston who never claimed her as mate willingly and even everyone knew the truth he didn't acknowledge her till it was necessary for their parents.

Before they recognize each other mates, they hated each other so much that they can't stand each other's presence. Not a day went by they didn't fight and those were intense that their parents got involved.

So how come after a month living separately could have change their dynamic. Moreover, Luna Anna's feeling towards Alpha Aston haven't change at all. Then most probably his haven't as well.

" Anna," Hearing her name calling out, Luna Anna realise she is in the parking area and turn to see Alpha Aston jogging to her.

" I'm dropping you at pack house," Alpha Aston wraps his arms around Luna Anna's shoulder feeling sparkling sending to their heart making Luna Anna to obey and Alpha Aston smiling.

Alpha Aston opens the car door for Luna Anna to which she gave an shocking look making Alpha Aston to smirk. He then closes the door for Luna Anna and went to sit in the driver seat.

" How does it feel being back at pack?" Alpha Aston asked driving out of the parking area.

" It feels like I'm home and safe," Luna Anna answered and glared at Alpha Aston,

" But that doesn't mean I am not angry for drugging me," Luna Anna snorted.

" As long as you be in pack that's fine," Alpha Aston chuckled wanting to place his hand on Luna Anna's leg. But he knows Luna Anna won't like it.

They stayed quiet which Alpha Aston found it peaceful while Luna Anna didn't like it as it felt unfamiliar to her. As they never stay quiet for long,
" Why are you being nice with me, Aston?" Luna Anna asked.

" Because you are my mate and you deserve it," Alpha Aston answered with a wary expression to the sudden weird question.

" This isn't like you. What happen since last month?" Luna Anna question again turning her body towards Alpha Aston.

" I grow up from being ignorant person, Anna," Alpha Aston answered and looked at Luna Anna.

" The last month without you and Ava. It help me to clear my mind and feeling towards you two. Turn out it was always been simple... Ava is my protectee and you are my mate. I am meant to protect Ava while I spend my rest of life loving you, Anna," Alpha Aston's confession made Luna Anna speechless till she chock out words asking,

" You love me?"

" I have feeling for you and soon I will love you, Anna," Alpha Aston answered honestly making it less shock for Luna Anna.

" But that doesn't mean I didn't miss a single day for past month when you were living with crow head," Alpha Aston blurt out the nickname making Luna Anna to yell.

" My friend's name is Noah, Aston,"

" Yeah whatever, it doesn't matter," Alpha Aston snorted being irritated by Noah's name.

" It does matter and you should let go whatever beef you have with Noah now. Both of you are cousins so behave like one," Luna Anna advised.

" Well, it's hard to like him when he stole my title," Alpha Aston barked unintentionally making Luna Anna to flinch as a reflex.

" Sorry, Anna," Alpha Aston apologize while his wolf, Vic whines saying,
" We have scared mate,"

" Technically, he took back what was his, Aston. And you can't deny that," Luna Anna muttered leaning towards her window looking at the surrounding.

" Did you forget he puts our parents in cell, banish Ava, falsely accuse our partners for his mistake and his impulse decision cause the death of code red team?" Alpha Aston bitterly talk while tightening his hold on the steering wheel.

" To be honest, our parents did a crime by killing innocent pack, putting O.G Epsilons into coma and stole the title from your Aunt. We have to accept their crimes first to be an just leader of the pack, Aston," Alpha Aston looked at Luna Anna as she continue to speak,

" He banish Ava because she disrespected him... Which you could have done to me if you didn't consider our family connection. And about impulse decision making, you have done that a lot so don't be a double standard person,"

" You are supporting him instead of me, Anna," Alpha Aston growled in hurt.

" There isn't any side. Both of you wanted to be a just leader and do good for pack... Do you know why he left the pack in the first place?" Alpha Aston shake his head as answer to his mate's question.

" He knew he won't be an Alpha like you and at the same time wouldn't want to disappoint his Mom and Pops. So he left for them to be happy with you being an Alpha," Anna revealed a bit of truth making Alpha Aston speechless.

" Just try talking with him and understand him... At least for me," Luna Anna says seeing they have arrived at the pack house.

Stopping the car in the front of the pack house, Luna Anna opened the door but was pulled by Alpha Aston for a kiss. At first, Luna Anna was still from shock but the sparkle feeling melt her into kissing back.
