(Requested) One Sweet Family (Test Tube x Fan x Bot)

~Test Tube POV~

I urgently speed walk through the Hotel halls, constantly looking at my watch for the time. It was almost 3:00pm, the time that I reserved the Hotel kitchen for. Today was important, and I am not letting our opportunity go to waste!

Finally, I reach the room that Fan and Paintbrush shared. I take another glance at my watch, 2:58pm. I urgently knock on Fan's door as if a fire was spreading.

I am surprised that Fan opened a door in a spilt second, eyes wide open and holding his phone. Paintbrush was on the floor, they probably got punched over on accident.

"Sorry I'm late!" Fan apologizes, although he really doesn't have to.

"It's okay, are you ready for the-"

"Baking session?" We both say the last part at the same time, as if our minds connected.

I snap out of it and quickly grab Fan's hand, while he closes the door behind him. I could've sworn I heard Paintbrush say, "Fan! Where the heck are you-!" before abruptly closing his room door.

We speed walk down the halls and stairs of Hotel OJ, while also making sure my bad doesn't fall off of my shoulder. I look at my watch again, just about a minute left.

"Are you sure this fast pace is necessary Test Tube!?" Fan asks while trying to match my pace.

"Of course Fan! According to my calculations, if we continue this pace we will get to the kitchen 2.35 seconds early!" (Erm, calculation moment)

We finally make it to the lobby, seeing no one there but Soap dusting while Knife and Pickle play video games. I rush over to the doorway that lead to the kitchen.

Fan let's go of my hand so he can get some air. "Test Tube...are you sure that...Bot is...here?" Fan talks between breaths. I didn't think we speed walked too fast, but that is out of the question.

"See for yourself, and we made it on time!" I hear my watch beep at exactly 3:00pm so I turn it off. I look up at the orange kitchen. This must be where OJ and Paper prep the food for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Teakettle must have helped too because I can see her apron hung up on a hook that got put into the wall.

I see Bot standing in the room with OJ holding a sign in sheet on a clipboard. "Oh, looks like you arrived just on time." OJ greets us.

Bot turns around, their eyes growing slightly wider. They bring both me and Fan into a hug while extending their legs, "I am so glad you two came! I was starting to get worried that you forgot."

"Bot, please. If I forgot I would never forgive myself for being such a snollygoster."

"Yeah...same here." Fan finally catches his last breath before coming back to his senses.

OJ hands the clipboard and pen to me and Fan, so we both sign our names with the time. "Alright, I have you guys scheduled in the kitchen from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, so then Me and Teakettle can have supper prepared as soon as 6:10pm. You three have a great time!" OJ leaves the kitchen to the three of us.

I gotta admit, OJ is really good when it comes to time management and organization.

"Alright," Bot speaks up. "Shall we start the cookies?"

"You bet! I'll get the oven preheated and the ingredients!" Fan rushes over to the cabinets grabbing a bowl and measuring cups.

I walk over to the countertop and grab the recipe for sugar cookies. "First, grab the large bowl. Put four cups of all purpose flour, one teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt into the bowl and mix well."

Bot extends their legs so they could reach the counter top, and put the ingredients together.

"Oh wait! I found a song on my phone that would be perfect for this!" Fan exclaims happily while pulling out his phone.

"Oh, let me see!" Bot rushes over and glances at Fans phone in awe.

I smile at the two of them. It's always nice to see them get along, like we are a big happy family.

"I found it!" Fan starts to play a song on his phone while I continue mixing the ingredients.

🎶Get the eggs, the flour and the butter sticks.
Or get lazy and just make it with the mix.🎶

"Golly Fan, this is perfect! Now c'mon you two, let's finish this recipe!"

I love this trio, sticking together like a family! Sorry this one had a rough ending, but I didn't want to make the Oneshot too long. Anyways, Christmas is tomorrow, so Happy Holidays! Don't fret, I will still make a Oneshot tomorrow, take it as my gift to you!
