Meanwhile, in his room, Emir grappled with his own conflicting emotions. He pondered, "My heart isn't able to accept that you were there in that room with Selim. The same woman who stood by me in my difficult time, who didn't leave me for a second, even when I said bad things to her."

As memories flooded back, Emir recalled Reyhan's words, "If you didn't give up on me, then I won't give up on you either." In the present, he expressed his confusion, "What is happening? I'm so confused here. Mom didn't pay Baba's hospital bills and transferred the whole amount into her account. It's driving me crazy. Also, Reyhan said that Mom sent her to the hotel to meet Baba. I'm not understanding what's happening. Everything is so complicated. I don't know whom to believe."

In the morning, Emir came to the breakfast table and noticed that someone's plate was already prepared. His hunger evident, he amusingly looked at the plate before deciding to shift it in front of himself and started eating from it. Reyhan entered the room, holding a glass of juice, and saw Emir nearly finished with the breakfast.

With a mouthful, Emir smiled at Reyhan, who, with a mix of annoyance and amusement, watched him. As Emir finished eating, he said, "I was so hungry I couldn't control." Reyhan, suppressing a laugh, turned her expressions serious and placed the glass of juice on the table.

Emir, oblivious to her mixed emotions, remarked, "You also brought juice for me. That's so nice of you." He picked up the glass and drank the juice, further adding to Reyhan's annoyance. Despite her annoyance, Reyhan couldn't help but smile at Emir's playful antics at the breakfast table.

Zara brought Baby Esra to the dining table and took a seat. Reyhan smiled warmly, taking little Esra into her arms. Emir, witnessing Reyhan's joy, couldn't help but smile too, seeing her playful interaction with the baby.

As the pleasant atmosphere unfolded, Zara broke the moment, saying, "Abi." Emir's attention shifted to her, and she continued, "I couldn't come today. It's Esra's appointment; she was sneezing last night." Emir's expression tensed as he remembered that Esra was Selim's daughter.

Zara added, "One more thing, Abi. Today is your meeting with Selim. Please keep it casual. I understand it's..." Before Zara could finish, Emir, with frustration, interrupted, "I know how to keep my personal and professional life separate." He stood up abruptly and left the dining area, leaving behind a tense atmosphere.

In his office, already in a bad mood, Emir asked his secretary for the meeting chart. She hesitated, fearing he might discover the fabricated meeting from that day. Emir, frustrated, snapped, "Are you here? Come back out of your dream world and show me meeting charts."

She hesitantly handed him the tablet. Emir glanced at the chart and said, "So today, at 4 PM with Selim Kutsal about design and quality. Okay!" The secretary, relieved that Emir didn't inquire about the fake meeting, started to relax.

Emir was about to hand back the tablet when he suddenly said, "Wait..." and took the tablet back, stating, "You go. I have something else to check." The secretary, confused, asked, "Sir, what else? You can ask me everything about it."

Emir, sternly, responded, "You're not hired to direct me on what to do. I respect your words, but you can leave for now. If I need your help, I will call you." The secretary hesitantly walked out of his cabin, leaving Emir alone to deal with his thoughts.

Zara holding baby Esra, engaged in a video call with Selim. His face lit up with joy, and he said, "Zara, I'm really glad that Esra found the love and care she needed for months. I can't explain how depressed I was, feeling helpless for my daughter."

Zara smiled, replying, "Esra and I have been connected from the soul, I think. Being with her, I feel so relaxed and happy. It's like she is healing my old wounds."

Selim, still happy, mused, "Maybe that's what destiny has planned for us." Zara looked at him awkwardly. Realizing his choice of words, Selim quickly corrected himself, saying, "I mean, that's what destiny has planned for you." He chuckled nervously, trying to lighten the moment.

An employee entered Emir's cabin, requesting, "Sir, could you please finalize the magazine cover picture?" Emir replied, "Come, show."

As the employee presented the options, Emir's eyes lit up when he came across pictures of Reyhan. A bashful smile formed on his face, and he lingered on a particular image where Reyhan was sitting on his lap, looking at him. Emir declared, "This... This would be finalized."

The employee acknowledged, "Okay, sir," and began to leave. However, Emir stopped him, saying, "Ah... actually, can you send me copies of all these pictures, but with the one I selected in the final picture?" The employee smiled and replied, "Yes, sir," before leaving to fulfill Emir's request.

In a meeting room, Emir greeted Selim with a formal, "Hello, Mr. Kutsal." Selim observed Emir's changed behavior and replied, "Hello, actually, Emir..." Emir interrupted, asserting, "Mr. Kutsal. What I was thinking is that the designs are good, but some touch of aesthetics is missing.

People seem to prefer more vibrant colors."

Selim tried to express his perspective, but Emir cut him off again, suggesting, "We should make categories more vast. Also, I think I need to talk to your material supplier; the quality seems compromised." Selim, feeling the tension, assured Emir that he would address the concerns.

As Emir stood up to leave, Selim implored, "Stop, Emir. I have been trying to talk to you for a while. Please listen to me once." Emir, with a dismissive tone, said, "We have nothing to talk about."

Selim persisted, "Emir, I understand what you're going through, but please, look. That day, the meeting you came for was fabricated." Emir, taken aback, questioned, "What?" Selim continued, "Yes. Reyhan, Zara, and I thoroughly discussed that day, and we reached this conclusion."
