a comedian joked on screen
I can't even remember who
Nothing could take my eyes off of you
Your big, brown eyes sparking with excitement
I lit one today
I didn't even mean to
Much like the past
Amongst the jumbled mess of incense hid, you
I was thrown back in
I had to pick up my pen
Would you light one, too?
See where it takes you?
Maybe there we can be together again
Spinning you around ribbons of smoke
Our hushed voices dissipating in the breeze of my ac
