It will rain and rain
Again and again
Drowning the Earth
Over filling the oceans
Then one day
Suddenly
You'll notice that
Somewhere along the way
The storm clouds had blown over without you even realizing
A rainbow bouncing around
Your world a kaleidoscope of shapes and colors
Brighter and warmer than ever before
So
Fight the raging current
Dig your roots into the soft soil
But
Don't give up
Keep fighting with everything you have
Even if it isn't very much
