I didn't accomplish anything today
More, I didn't accomplish enough
And that's OKAY
Somedays will be hard
Strom clouds will gather above your head and rain down on you
Concrete blocks will drag you down by your feet and secure you in place
But
Even if all you did today was brush your teeth
You've accomplished enough
If all you did was get out of bed and move to the couch
You've accomplished enough
If all you did was breath and exist
You've accomplished enough
And if nothing else, I am proud of you
For fighting to be here
Your small steps are enough
Go ahead and rest now, for today
You've accomplished enough
