SIYA'S POV

After the discussion about Arjun's past, we both returned to the Malhotra mansion. I felt a sense of lightness after learning about Arjun's history. Following dinner, we made our way back to our room. Arjun excused himself to change, and during this time, I received a call from Ishu, with Poorna also on the line.

I answered the call, and Ishu inquired, "Siya, you are coming to college from tomorrow, right?" I sighed and replied, "Yes, but I don't know why I am scared about coming to college." Poorna quickly questioned, "Why, Siya? Is everything okay?" I reassured them, saying, "Yes, everything is okay, but I don't know why I am scared. It feels like my first day of college all over again."

Ishu chimed in, "It's okay, Siya. It's natural. Don't worry. We are here for you. Just be cool and get a good night's sleep. Let's meet tomorrow. We are going to see each other after a long time." The comforting words from my friends eased my apprehension.

As we disconnected the call, I found myself lost in thought, sitting on the bed. Arjun joined me, sitting beside, and noticed my contemplative demeanor. He asked, "Siya, what's on your mind?" I looked at him and admitted, "I'm scared to go to college, Arjun."

Perplexed, Arjun inquired, "Why?" I sighed, "I don't know. I'm scared of going alone to college after our marriage." Arjun looked at me reassuringly and said, "Why would you go alone? I'll be dropping you every day."

Surprised, I questioned, "You will drop me?" Arjun nodded and added, "Yes, and I'll try to pick you up too." I hesitated, expressing my concern about what others might think. Arjun looked at me with a grin and reminded, "Hello madam, I think you forgot something." Curious, I asked, "What is it?"

Arjun looked at me and said, "You forgot that we are married." I chuckled, saying, "Arjun, it's not funny."

He replied, "I'm not joking, Jaan. I want to drop you. If you don't want it, I can understand."  I realized he was serious and said, "Of course, I love it. It's just all these are little new to me, that's all."

"Don't think too much, Jaan Sleep. With those words, we both drifted off to sleep, finding comfort in each other's embrace.

The next morning, I woke up early and noticed Arjun was missing. Glancing at the clock, I saw it was 6:00 am. I got up, freshened up, and as I returned to our room, Arjun walked in.

"Jaan, you're up. I was planning to wake you as you told me but after my workout," he said.

I looked at him, hugged him, and admitted, "When you're not beside me, I'm unable to sleep anymore. I've gotten used to hugging and sleeping with you."
