Anger filled her entire body. Red, hot, fiery anger. Ayla was ready to kill. This moment had played in her head on repeat a million times. She thought of the many ways she could murder Theo. The different weapons she could use. How she could do it with her powers, or with her bare hands if she needed.

It felt like drops of boiling water pelted Ayla's skin, burning every inch of her. Flinging the car door open, she practically threw herself onto the sidewalk and began running towards the door of the McCall house. Scott and Kyler raced after her, knowing exactly what she would do if she got to Theo.

"Ayla, wait!" Scott yelled after her. The alpha was able to grab her hand and hold her back.

"Scott let go of me," she growled, fighting against his grip.

He didn't. Instead, Scott pulled her around to face him, grabbing her fists to keep her from hitting his chest as she was. "Let me go in there first okay? Let me see what he wants."

"I don't care about your no-killing rule, Scott!" Ayla exclaimed, "I am going to go in there and I am going to kill him."

Still holding her wrists, Scott practically shook the girl. "No you're not." His voice wasn't harsh but demanding.

Kyler stood next to the two, glances from one to the other. "Alright, let's just take a few breaths." He placed one hand on both of their shoulders.

"Kyler, get your hands off me, I don't want to hurt you," Ayla spat.

He only held onto her tighter. "I can't do that. Come on, let's go for a walk." His Archangel form had strength Ayla wasn't used to and Kyler was able to pull her away from the McCall house and down the street. Turning to Scott, Kyler warned him, "You have about 10 minutes, that's as long as I can hold her." The McCall boy nodded before racing up the steps to his house. Kyler, still holding onto Ayla, forced her to walk down the street. "Tell me about your birthday. I know that Jordan was trying to put together a surprise before I left. Tell me about it." He kept his arm interlocked with hers.

"I don't want to tell you shit." Ayla crossed her arms over her chest.

"Come on, your 18th birthday and there is nothing to tell? I find that very hard to believe." His voice was driving her crazy. "Did Stiles pick out that necklace for you?" Kyler pointed to the 222 charm around Ayla's neck. "He has really nice taste."

"Thank you." Ayla paused, looking down at the charm. "Yeah I actually really do love it, it's one of my favorite things I've ever gotten."

Kyler turned to the girl and took a closer look at it, which turned out to be a mistake. Ayla grabbed his head and brought it down fast, colliding it with her knee with a loud crack. Kyler fell to the ground in pain, giving Ayla enough time to run back to the McCall house and up the front path to the side door, bursting in.

However, in her fury she hadn't planned what she was going to do from there and upon seeing his face, Ayla froze.

It was weird.

She knew he would be there, but yet actually seeing Theo was completely different. Her body tensed, filled with fear. It was like she was right back in that basement while he tortured her. All those feelings came rushing back.

Theo turned to the girl, with a nervous expression. "Uh, hey Ayla. You aren't still upset about the whole kidnapping thing, are you?"

Anger took over her again. Pulling one of the daggers from the holster on her wrist, Ayla threw it at the boy.

"Ayla don't!" Scott demanded but it was too late, the blade had already dug into his shoulder, causing Theo to fall to the ground. Running across the room, Ayla mounted on top of him. Sending punch after punch across his face, Ayla ignored the pain radiating in her hand. Blood from Theo's face mixed with the blood from Ayla's split open knuckles.
