Portuguese Bbq Chicken

For the:

4 skinless bone-in chicken breast (half each breast)

For the marinade:

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoon & 1 tsp pimenta muida (crushed Portuguese chili pepper)

totaste salt

1 fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)

1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin

Directions:

1) Mix the ingredients for marinade, set some aside for basting the chicken on the bbq

2) Place chicken in the remaining marinade and let side for 30-60 mins

3) Bbq chicken until juices run clear, basting in the last 5 mins of cooking time
