*New cover, what do you think?*

Washing my face, I felt myself cool down just a bit to go back outside. It was one of the hotter days here in London and fasting during college never made it any better. All I wanted was to soak my body in a cold bath then lye on bed all day till Iftar time.

"Did you see the schedule for the midterms? It's in the last week of Ramadan. What the hell even? It's the hardest and I would have absolutely zero energy to study." I heard Kaliq say as I walk back to join everyone.

"You are such a baby. We are having labs all week next week then midterms week and you don't see either Layla or myself complaining." Aaroosa teased her now somewhat official fiancé.

After that Iftar in Bradford, Kaliq got to know Aaroosa's family a lot better and they invited him back the next day. Aaroosa's father was in town and they wanted to make the best of it. From what I got from Waliyha, Aaroosa's parents are okay with Kaliq but they don't want her in a relationship midyear like this. They want to throw a big engagement party and invite everyone so they all agreed to make it after finals which is in like three whole months.

"Not everyone is a smart future doctor. Some of us actually enjoy real life work than trying to cramp up as many big words as possible in a few weeks." Kaliq rolled his eyes at her. It was no big secret that he got a bit defensive whenever Aaroosa even mentioned school.

"We don't-" Aaroosa was rudely interrupted by one girl in a student activity shirt called 'Tree'.

"Hey guys, did you hear about Tree before?" She asked with a too friendly smile on her face.

"Actually, yeah. I made my interview yesterday." Kaliq smiled excitedly.

"Yeah? That's great then. I trust you all know about us then." She smiled still being too friendly which I wasn't too comfortable with.

When no one answered but for Kaliq who nodded, she just kept her annoying smile on and assumed we all did, "Great then, we can't wait to see all of you on the booth. We are staying till this Friday. Have a great day."

"You didn't tell us you were applying for those things." Bella asked not really interested by the subject just sparking of a conversation.

"Yeah, I did. Marcos and I went yesterday. We applied for marketing. I think it would be a good experience, you know." He shrugged but the look on his eyes told me he was excited about this.

"You didn't mention it to me." Aaroosa raised an eyebrow at him.

"Didn't think I should." He shrugged not thinking it was a big deal but boy was he wrong. Aaroosa was already in a bad mood and by him not caring he just infuriated her just more.

"We literally talked for two hours yesterday and whenever I asked about your day you just say the 'usual babe'. Well applying for an activity is not the usual Kal." She snapped and he suddenly realized something must've went south cause she was mad and by the look on his face he didn't seem to understand why. And to be fair, neither did I.

"I didn't think you wanted to know, is all." He tried to make her relax a bit.

"You didn't think I wanted to know that you would practical take up all your free time in uni to go hang around in a dump activity with flirty girls all day?"

A smirk appeared on his face all of a sudden and he bit his bottom lip approaching Aaroosa, not really caring that there four set of eyes watching the scene, "So, you are jealous babe?" He fondled with her hand in a teasing manner.
