Lucy ran to Natsu who was hanging his head low, hands on his sides.
"Natsu...!!" She embraced Natsu, but he didn't budge.
"Stay away from me Luce, you might get hurt."
"*sniff* Don't say that Natsu....I know you'll never hurt me" her tears were flowing down her cheers as she leaned her forehead on his, right below his horns.
"Lucy......" He muttered.
"Shh..shhh.... Let's just stay like this for a little longer." She paused cherishing the warmth of Natsu's flaming body. "I'll accept you for who you are, I'll never let you go. I....love you Natsu" Natsu's breath hitched as he heard Lucy's words.
"I love you too....Luce" He hugged Lucy back and stayed like that for a while. After their warm embrace they both pull back, to only lean back together slowly starring at each other's lips.
