Lucy blushed as she buried her head on the pillows, kicking her feet in the air.

Damn it, Natsu.

Her door slammed as she ran out of her apartment, knocking on Natsu's door as his face showed a look of shock before melting into a smile and spreading his arms out.

"Oof!" Lucy embraced him, very willingly, making them fall on the floor with a thud.

"I'm sorry...." She muttered, head on his chest.

"I love you, Luce..." Natsu hummed into her hair.

"I-I love you too...." His eyes widened, this was the first time Lucy confessed her feelings to him. He said he would wait, and it was worth it.
