Roman's POV
I sighed as I walked into the house with Joelle and Naomi, and Joelle decided that, even though it was almost midnight, that it was still ok to talk this much.
"And my favorite color is red." She rambled, "What's yours?"
"Light Blue." She answered.
"Oh that's pretty." Joelle continued, "My favorite Pixar movie is Finding Nemo. What's yours-"
"Joelle." I groan as I hang my jacket on the rack, "Please stop talking."
She only rolled her eyes but grabbed Naomi's hand, "Come on. We're going to the living room Dad."
I nodded with a sigh and walked towards my home office to find AJ asleep on the couch.
"AJ." I said and she immediately say up.
"I'm not sleep." She said, then laid back down, "I was only resting my eyes."
"Why don't you just go to sleep in your room?" I ask her. I always find her sleeping in the strangest places in the house.
"Cause I like to experiment what place are comfortable and what places aren't." She explained to me, "Like the couch? It's comfortable. On top of the washing machine? It's not comfortable at all."
"Only you would do things like that." I say with a small laugh as I sit down.
She only shrugged, "Why are you here so late? Is Jojo here?"
I sighed and nodded, "Yeah she's here and so is my assistant."
She rose an eyebrow, "You're assistant? Since when did you start fucking them anywhere outside of your office?"
"We're not fucking." I said while rolling my eyes.
"Y-E-T." She spelled out, "With you, it always happened. You'd fuck anything with a pulse."
"I haven't fuck you now have I?" I asked her while rolling my eyes.
She shrugged, "I said anything with a pulse."
"You have a pulse." I say to her.
She shook her head, "It died along with, Punk."
I sighed, "Don't say that AJ."
"It did though, Roman." She said with a sigh, "No sense in not acknowledging it."
I sighed, knowing there was no point in trying to change her mind.
"Back to the subject," she said with a sigh, "Why is your assistant here?"
"Remember how she was Jimmy fiancé?" I asked her and she nodded, "Well he didn't wanted her staying alone, so he asked me if she could stay over here."
"Why didn't he ask Jey." She asked me.
I shrugged, "Him and Jimmy were arguing about something all day. I he didn't want to ask him."
"Well," she said with standing up, "You should be all good then, right? I mean you did say she was annoying correct."
"Extremely correct." I tell her.
