I'm slowly woken up by the knock on the hotel room door.

Jo doesn't wake from it even after it becomes slight banging, so I decide to just let whoever it it think no one is here and remain stationary.

The banging stops and I allow my eyes to close back. But I instantly snap them back open at the sound of my phone ringing.

I groan and let it ring, pulling Jo closer. She nestles her face deeper into my neck and sighs in consent.

The ringing eventually stops and through my squinted eyes, I see one missed call pop up.

Just as I try to go off back to sleep, Jo's phone starts ringing. I huff and lean over grabbing it off the nightstand.

It's gotta be one of the boys, I just know it.

My thoughts are proved wrong whenever I answer the call, "What do you want?"

"Bri won't stop crying!" Lexi says.

"What did you do?" I exclaim suddenly more awake.

Lexi is a clumsy person at times, if she did anything to upset Bri I swear...

Jo begins to stir so I quickly begin to pat her back to get her back to sleep.

"I didn't do anything! Don't you accuse me."

"Well what else am I suppose to do? You're you. Did you feed her?"

"Well I would've but her food is locked up in your room!"

"You should've grabbed a bottle on the way out!"

"My god I'm sorry that didn't occur to me. Can you please just open the door?"

I groan and slowly slip from underneath Jo and carefully put the pillow under her head and pull the blanket further over her.

"W-Where are you going?" She hums sleepily as I pull my boxers up.

"I'm just answering the door babe," I kiss her forehead.

She weakly nods and then snuggles closer into the comforter.

I walk over and pull open the door. I'm met with Lexi with a hand on her hip and a crying Brianna on the other.

She walks through the door and as she passes me, she forcefully bumps my shoulder.

I roll my eyes and close the door back.

"I'll remember to never have you babysit again." I grumble passing the kitchen.

I walk back into the room with Jo and my eyes catch the clock.

"Babe," I gently shake her.

She hums slightly but chooses not to move.

"Baby you gotta get up." I whisper shaking her arm.

"But I don't want to," she whines.

I chuckle and slide my arms under the comforter picking her up.

She doesn't resist and actually tries to snuggle closer, "it's cold."

"Well that may have something to do with you being naked," I tease "and hold on, we're almost to the shower."

When we get into the bathroom, I set her down and turn on the water.

"Get in," I then reach down and squeeze her bum in motivation.

She jumps and squirms from my touch, "Louuu," she whines. I laugh.

After she gets in, I pull back down my boxers and step in with her.

She just tiredly leaned against me at first so I just took her washcloth and slowly began to rub soap on her. She slightly smiled in appreciation.

Well..

It started off as washing..

But somehow ended with us kissing passionately underneath the water.

That is.. until we were interrupted by an annoying voice on the other side of the door,

"Guys I didn't find the bottle!"

Jo pulled away and laughed as I huffed.

"You have to make one Lex," she tells her.

"Oh... with what?"

"There's a long can with the name Formula on it in her bag. Just pour it in her bottle."

"Kkay." I hear her flip flops flop away.

A minute later, we were interrupted yet again.

"She won't drink it!"

"Then make cereal Lex."

"Alright." She walks away again.

"Jo?" I mumble against her neck.

"Hmm?"

"I have to talk to you about something.." I say shakily.

"Go ahead," she threads her fingers through my wet hair.

"I um.. I.." I stumble over my words and she pulls back to look at me.

"Babe just tell me," she encourages stroking my cheek.

"I.. I wanna have.." I clear my throat.

"Have what?" She urges.

"A um.. another.."

"Um, guys I didn't find any cereal.." She knocks on the door.

Jo laughs, "Lex I have a feeling you're looking for the wrong kind of cereal. Hold on." She tells her before turning back to me "Hold that thought Lou, I have to go help Lex wit Bri.."

"Okay..." I sigh as she steps out of the shower.

Jo Pov

"So what did you want to tell me?" I ask Lou once Bri was now calm and on my lap as I fed her her rice cereal.

"Uh I was just saying.."

"Stop Bri!" I scold her as she tries to spit the spoonful back out.

She giggles.

I shake my head as I wipe her mouth with the bib before scooping another small spoonful and feeding it to her.

"Sorry, anyways continue." I say.

He sits down on the bed next to me and I feel him lie a hand on my thigh.

"Josie.."

The boys then walk in, "Hey guys it's time to go." Niall announces.

"I want another baby," he finishes. I freeze.

The boys's eyes widen, "Aaand we're going now." Liam says "C'mon lads I believe Paul just called us." He then hurriedly pushes them out the room and then closes the door.

"So..?" He urges.

"Lou, don't you think it's a bit too soon for that isn't it?" I sigh.

"No.." He trails "Do you?"

"Yes Lou, I do.." I look up at him before setting down the bowl of cereal.

"Of course you do," he huffs.

"Brianna isn't even one yet and I don't.."

"She would be once he was actually born. C'mon Jo I've wanted this for so long." He pleads.

"But that's not the p- he?"

"Yes, he. I want a boy this time. Like I did the first time."

"You said you wanted a girl the first time, so what now you've changed your mind?" I raise an eyebrow.

"No I haven't changed my mind," he huffs "I only said girl the first time because I thought it was Gage's because somebody hadn't even gotten a paternity test before they went off telling me stuff." He says.

"Louis what the hell? So now we're back to this again."

"Yeah I believe we are."

"You know what, whatever. I'm not going to argue about this with you. Louis you're on tour. I will not let you get me pregnant while we're on tour. Do you know how difficult and uncomfortable that would be? Maybe after tour when we're back home, I'll think about it but no not right now. I.."

He doesn't even let me finish before he comes to a stand and starts walking towards the door,

"Wow okay so now you're mad?" I yell.

"Yeah, I am." He doesn't turn around.

"Fine whatever, I'm not changing my mind."

"Whatever Josie." He slams the hotel room door.

I sigh.

Brianna looks up at me with lost eyes.

Seconds later the door is opened again and Lex walks in,

"Well geez what was his problem?" She sits next to me.

I give Brianna to her as I began picking up the clothes strewn on the ground.

"He's just mad I don't want to have a baby right now."

"Oh yeah the boys were talking about that earlier." She says playing with a talking toy in front of Brianna in which she instantly reaches for.

She hands it to her and she eagerly begins squeezing it over and over again, aweing at the voice that plays from it when she does.

"Wait what?"

"I mean not about you but like how Louis wanted another baby."

"Of course they knew before me." I roll my eyes.

"It's a guy thing," she shrugs.

"Why don't you want another baby?"

"I do, not right now though. We're not ready for that right now. Maybe later." I say as I grab the bottle Lex made earlier and begin looking for a cap.

"I see, I see.." She hums.

I find one and put it onto the bottle before putting it into her bag and throwing that over my shoulder. I gesture for her to follow me as we leave the room.

"Wait grab the passes on the table," I rush before the door closes.

"Why it's not like.."

"Just do it." I give her a look.

She huffs before then turning and going back in the room and grabbing the passes and handing me mine and slipping hers over her neck.

We then walk down to the elevators and go down to the lobby.

"So.." She clears her throat "How long is 'later' exactly?"

"Why do you care?"

She's up to something.

"I'm your best friend, I think I've gained the privilege of knowing." She scoffs.

I laugh, "Right.. Anyways I mean like after tour."

"He seemed so upset though.." She trails off.

"He'll get over it." I say.

"When does tour end?" She asks as we pass through the fans and straight to a cab.

"What's up with all these questions, geez."

"Just wondering.."

"I don't know, like some time around the end of August and beginning of September. I don't remember the date."

"What are you doing for your birthday?"

"My birthday?" I haven't even thought about that.

"Yeah, you do still have those." She teases.

"Oh.. umm.. I don't know."

When the cab pulls up out front of the arena, we get out.

I smile and wave at the screaming fans before walking through the doors.

"Why are we still going if you two are mad at eachother?" She asks as we walk down the hall "I mean, we could be shopping right now." She jokes.

"I'm not mad at him." I tell her.

"But you.."

"He just really wants a boy, I'm not blaming him for being mad at me for turning him down. I just wish he'd understand where I'm coming from."

"He will." She assures me as we make it backstage.

I nod, "If I don't talk to him, he'll probably be all pissy during the concert." I sigh looking around for him.

"Here watch her." I hand Brianna to her before turning and then walking off.

The first place I check is his dressing room, which is empty.

So I go off to Zayn's and it's empty too.

I go to Liam's and find Harry, Zayn, and Liam sitting around the tv talking.

"Guys," I get their attention "Where's Lou?"

"In Niall's room I believe." Zayn says.

I nod, "Thanks," I mumble about to close the door.

"Wait! Where's Brianna?" And I instantly know it's Harry. Him and Brianna are honestly inseparable. She's a sucker for Harry and he's a sucker for her.

"She's with Lex on the couch backstage," I tell him and he instantly is up and bumping past me to find her.

I close the door and head for Niall's room. Whenever I open the door, him and Niall were in the middle of talking.

"I just don't understand what the problem is." He throws his hands up.

Clearly still mad.

"Hate to break it to you but I kind of see where she's coming from Louis.." He says.

"Do you think it's because I'm a bad father?" He frowns.

"What?" Niall's face matches mine.

"Having another baby. Do you think she doesn't want to because I'm a bad father?"

I clear my throat from the doorway and both of their heads snap towards me.

"I'll uh just leave you two alone," he shows a small smile. He pats Louis on the back before standing and walking out of the room, closing the door behind him.

I walk over towards him and I sit on space next to him.

"Lou.." I sigh "Why would you ever say that? You're a wonderful father."

"No I'm not. I can't even be there for Brianna half the time. I'm always so busy and she deserves more than I can.."

He looks like he's nearly about to cry.

"Lou stop, don't say that. None of that is true.. at all." I frown.

He sighs.

"Sure you're going to be busy a lot, this is your job. Stop beating yourself up, you are not a bad father. Me and Brianna both love you to death and you should know that." I tell him.

I can see the clear surprise on his face whenever I go over and sit straight onto his lap.

"You're not mad at me?" He asks as I wrap my arms around his neck and lay my head onto his shoulder.

"Of course not, I came here to make sure you were okay and that you knew that."

"Even after I stormed out of there like that?"

"No, I don't blame you for being mad. Babe I just want you to understand. No, I didn't say no to having a baby right now because you're a bad father, I said it because it's just best for now. Like I said, you're busy a lot with tour and all and I just don't think it'd be best. We have lots of other things to focus on right now," I say softly.

He nods, "I get it.." He sighs.

"But.. after?"

"After." I promise.

He smiles and leans down and pecks my lips, "You're amazing, you know that? No matter what I do, you always put up with my shit."

"Well you've put up with mine for 4 years, so it's only fair." I tease.

He chuckles.

"And I'll surely put up with it for 4 more. Because I love you." He says and I smile, "I love you too."
