Nia's pov
"Dad can I sleep with you, I'm scared of the thunder?" I asked daddy. Daddy said " no get out of my face!" I said "Sorry daddy." Daddy got up and started pulling my hair. He punched me in my face and my nose stated bleeding. I started crying. I cried "I'm sorry Daddy." Dad said "get out now!!!!"
I woke up from my nightmare. It was raining outside, lighting and thunder. I'm scared of thunder. I sat up in my bed and hugged my knees. I started crying lightly. Then thunder came. I screamed. Then lightning. I shrieked. I heard footsteps in the hallway. Someone opened my door. It was Jack. Jack said"baby what is wrong?" Jack sat down and pulled me into his lap. I lowly said "I'm scared of the thunder and lighting." Jack said "its okay baby,wanna sleep with me?" I nodded my head. I got off Jack. Jack was about to walk away but I put my arms up signing I wanted to get picked up. Jack said "Nia your to big to be getting picked up all the time." I groaned. Jack said "fine." Jack picked me up.
I laid my head on his shoulder. Jack said"big baby." I smiled a little.
Jack put me on his bed. I got under the covers. Jack said "relax Nia." I giggled. I laid down and closed my eyes. I felt Jack kiss me and move my hair. I went to sleep.
