Manik went inside and saw dadi trying to put thread in the niddle..

He touched her feet ant asked hey dadi.. ye aap kya kr rahe ho.. lag jayegi..

Dadi gave a small laugh and said.. betaji hum ye sab bachpan se karte aa rahe h.. ha bas ab aankh thoda kamzor ho gyi h..par itni b ni ki mai kuch kar na pau..waise b i am young .. buddhe to tere dadu ho gye h.. she said with a chuckle..

Manik smiled and said.. haa meri super women.. i know u are best..and young.. but ye sab chodo aur btao tabyat kaisi h ab aapki.. he said taking the niddle and tread from her hand and keeping it aside

Mjhe kya hoga.. teri maa mjhe koi kaam karne hi ni deti.. bs din bhr aaram kr k bore ho gyi.. tu aur golu ( cabir) bhi din bhr bzy rehte ho.. aur tere dadu to boring insaan h she said waving her hand and making some faces..

Manik smiled at her never ending complains..and said.. ohh ok so decided aaj mai aur aap saath me time spend karenge..

Dadi gave a small smile and said.. manu tu bada ho gya par itna b ni ki dadi ko maska lagana pade.. mere liye aaj b baccha h tu.. bol kya baat h.. kuch chahiye?..

Manik first got shocked then smiled and said.. haa kuch chahiye.. aap doge? He said sitting on the floor in front of her

Aaj tk kabi mana ki hu kya..mera to sb kuch tum logo ka hi h.. she said carsing his hair and face..

M: dadi aapko yaad hai ek baar hmlog sab 1 religious trip pr gye the..

D: haa aur use chaar dhaam yatra bolte h she said hitting his forhead..

M: hàa wai.. he said with a sheepish face.. aapko yaad h mai horse me baithne se dar raha tha..

D: haa.. she said going all d way back to those memories..

M: tb aapne mjhe kha tha.. beta dar man me hota h.. use jitna sambhal k rakhoge utna hi ye dar darata h..

D: wahh mera sher puttar tujhe meri baate yaad h.. dadi said feeling proud of him..

M: haa dadi aapki sikhai sabhi baate yaad h..us din mai ghode pr baitha tha.. pehle bht dara hua tha .. par dheere dheere dar gayab ho gya tha.. infact mjhe mza aane laga tha..

D: haa tu to mandir me b ghode se niche utarna ni chah rha tha she said with a small laugh..

M: aaj phir mjhe thoda sa dar lag rha h dadi.. isliye aapke pass aya hu.. taki aap is dar ko b bhaga sako.. mai use ni khona chahta saying this he kept his head on her lap

D: all concerned.. kya hua manu.. mjhe bta.. kya kho rha h..

M: dadi mai Nandini se bht pyaar karta hu.. as he said this he could feel the stiffness in dadi's touch.. mai use khona ni chahta.. plz.. and this mere thought of going away from her bought tears in his eyes..

D: manu mai janti hu tu usse pyaar karta h... Par wo ladki sahi ni h.. tere liye.. is ghr k liye.. she said in a calm tone..

M: ni dadi.. aap aisa kyu bol rahe ho..

D: beta wo ladki khud ka khayal ni rakh sakti.. uske tere life me aate hi tu ghr chod diya.. har waqt sirf usi k piche ghumta h.. manik cut her in between..

M: ni.. mai uske wajah se ghr ni choda.. infact mai bas alag jagah reh rha hu.. par aaj bhi mera ghr yahi h..aur aapko pta h mjhe kaam ka kitna pressure rehta tha.. islliye wha shift hua.. kuki wo office k pass h..

D: thik h maan li teri ye baat par ye tu b janta h.. wo ladki har waqt sirf baccho ki tarah ladai masti badmashi yehi sb karti h.. aur beta in sb chizo se ghr ni chalta.. she was not adamant but she kept her pov ..

M: haa dafi wo h thodi baccho type.. usme bachpana h.. par utni hi samajhdaar aur hoshiyaar b h.. he again tried to explain dadi what nandu is

Aapko pta h mere office ki head designer hai wo..koi aise hi to aise post me ni phch jata na..

D: aur tujhe kya lagta h.. wo is ghr ko samhal k chal payegi.. office aur ghr sb 1 saath kar payegi.. she asked him and he at once said..

M: haa dadi.. thoda mushkil hoga starting me.. but mai hu na.. i vl help her.. aur mom b to office and ghr saath me dekti h.. aur wo b bima problem k.. kuki aapne unhe support kiya har baar.. to 1 baar nandu pr b bharosa kr k dekh lo plz..

Dadi had tears in her eyes seeing him in such a state.. begging for her love.. so she said..

Uske ghr me sb maan gye?..

M: daadi jb tk aap haa ni bologe wo apne ghr me kaise bta skti h.. aapko to pta h na wo aapse kitna darti h..

D: ja use bula.. mjhe usse kuch baat karni h.. she said wiping his tears..

He looked at her for answers so dadi said.. arey mai mani ni hu... pehle usse baat karungi.. fir sochungi..

Manik nodded like a obidient child and called nandu..

Nandu was sitting with neonika in her room when manik came in..

M: mom dadi nandu ko bula rahi h.. le jau ise?..

As soon as nandini heard it she shouted.. WHAT.. KYU.. MERE SE KOI GALTI HO GYI KYA.. she said getting up with a scared face

M: stop shouting kitty.. and tumse koi galti ni hui.. acctually i talked with dadi.. about us..

N: US... U MEAN.. U AND ME.. MATLAB KI HAMARE BAARE ME.. KYA..KYA BOLA WHAT DID YOU SAY..

M: manik kept his hand on his ears and said first if all.. stop shouting.. and i told her everything.. and isliye she wants to talk to you.. chalo..

Nandu started bitting her nails..mani agar unhone mjhe tumse dur kr diya to.. no.. ni mani.. i dont wanna go.. she started crying..

Manik hugged her and said.. kitty.. u trust me? And she just nodded.. to bas come with me.. kuch ni hoga.. mai hu na.. tumhe chod k kahi ni jaunga..

N: pkka she asked like a kid..

M: promise.. and kissed her forehead wiping her face..
